The president sells the apartment, we are +2 months without a president and until I realize it and complain, he doesn't call any meeting..! If it were up to him, we could just keep going like this... Since he gets paid the same... Shameful! Not to mention that when you call for an emergency because they need to come and open the roof window to ventilate and let the smoke out, you have to wait 4 HOURS on the clock.... I already know what I'm going to ask for at the meeting......

Negative experience: This real estate agency is not a good option, I don't recommend it... that's up to you. All good intentions to grab your money and then it all turns to nothing. They only defend their interests and not those of their clients, and I speak after enduring a lot but it was time. Emma is an unbearable arrogant and the management of the company is more than deficient... non-existent. Hire their services and you'll see for yourself... I could say much more but it's your choice. My advice is; look for other options or you will regret it. Probably not all the staff can be classified as incompetent and despotic. I speak from my experience and the treatment received after too much time enduring and giving opportunities that have been pointless.
