First, they offer you to pay the agency fees in cash, which are 5000 euros, they advertise square meters that do not exist to attract more clients, they do not acknowledge mistakes when you realize it, they waste your time and sell to someone else if you demand a price reduction. Watch out for those from Casa Virrey Amat. A huge disappointment. I wonder how many people they have scammed. Never again. Here is the response from the headquarters so you can see that I had to complain about these crooks and it only served to get my reservation fee back.

Negative experience: I wasn't going to leave a review because it's not worth it, people will realize what kind of people they are... after knocking on my door so many times... they found me and I decided to leave my opinion. IT IS TRUE that they do not return the down payment, they come up with any excuse, in my case the excuse worked out perfectly, having the down payment they kept the property for sale... I was looking for an apartment where the owners would let me have a set of keys to do the cleaning and get ahead, and I found various conditions, in the back contract they put their conditions, whether I agreed or not, they knew I was in a hurry to search and buy, very nice people at first, but after the back contract their aggressive sales tactics gradually became evident, they insisted a lot on how good the property is, they did not inform me of the real condition of the house, for two reasons: one, I did not know it had a mortgage, they told me that after I had signed, they did not give me the right to think if I wanted to continue with this property... they asked me for some 'B' money which is not documented anywhere, plus 3% all without VAT, they also sign the earnest money on behalf of the owners, I did not see them until the day of the deed... I feel deceived and scammed in all aspects both financially and as a buyer, they were more dedicated to the seller's side when both parties paid them. The second detail to highlight is that they kept this property discreet to avoid revealing what they were hiding, which is a cockroach problem in this building, I bought the apartment for a 90-year-old lady who is dealing with this problem... a few days ago they knocked on my door (I wasn't home) asking if we were interested in selling... incredible!!! It seems that this is the way these people work, going, calling, and finding out about the situation of the properties, there are no adjectives for how they act and how they make the buyer feel..... I WILL NEVER PUT MY PROPERTY IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE..... I HOPE NOT TO RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM BECAUSE I WILL CONTINUE WITH MORE REPLIES.....
