Negative experience: I left this company to sell a house in Torrevieja, they didn't sell the house but someone apparently robbed inside the house by the one who had the house to sell it, and besides that, material worth 4000 euros disappeared from the property. The company does not take responsibility for anything. So be careful about leaving the keys because thieves are the only ones who are left in this country.

Negative experience: Sergio Alvaris, agent of Efficax in Torrevieja, deliberately provided us with incorrect information about the future and provisions of a piece of vacant land opposite the apartment he sold to me. He guaranteed me and later my girlfriend that nothing would be built for the time being and that if something did come up, it would not be higher than a second floor. Two months later, there was a big billboard announcing the construction of, among other things, a large six-story apartment building directly opposite OUR apartment. Our sunlight orientation and future view have been largely taken away. Because construction is now taking place and the negative results for us are already visible, the value of our apartment has decreased, according to information, by as much as 40%. Additionally, agreements on delivery were not met. Extremely dirty and, coincidentally, I had to go to the notary earlier, so I didn't have the opportunity to inspect the purchased property beforehand. I submitted complaints to Efficax twice. Without any result. Of course, I should have asked more questions and I also bear some blame. But you don't expect a realtor, with so many good reviews, to treat elderly people this way and deliberately deceive customers!
