Negative experience: We just spent 15 days in an apartment at Viñamar VI, 2°4 block 1, HORRIBLE is putting it mildly. Very dirty, mold on the shower curtains, food left with bugs, refrigerator with mold and food, sofa bed should be thrown away, can't sleep on it. One of the standing fans is broken and covered in years of dust, it can't even be removed, 50% of the kitchen furniture can't be opened because it's hanging, broken beach chairs, living room tablecloth completely stuck to the table due to the large amount of grease. The only good thing is the pool. Other than that, it's not a suitable apartment for rent, especially with the price we were charged. I hope to claim part of the price back with the photographs because it shouldn't be in a rental condition. The real estate agency knew about its state and said nothing, it seemed like a scam to us.

Negative experience: Not very professional as they do not provide a solution when the apartment is old and the furniture is outdated and in poor condition. They should check that the owners keep the apartments in the conditions that match what is being paid.
