Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant experience with the company's workers. My purchase took an incredibly long time (8 months), and during those months, they wouldn’t let me revisit the apartment (since the deposit had already been signed). For the deposit signing, they pressured me to sign without allowing me to take the contract to review it with a management company. At no time, not even the days before the signing, did they want to give me the sellers' phone number, even though they had not refused. They meddled with information that I had no need to know, saying that the sellers, who were four brothers, did not get along. On the signing day, they put the sellers against the buyer and created a very uncomfortable situation in front of the notary. A very unpleasant experience and a very complicated and non-transparent treatment for a process where you seek peace and trust. Without a doubt, I would not repeat.
