Negative experience: Incredible but true... I contacted this real estate agency in August about an apartment that would be shown in September. I provided all my details and they told me 'don't worry, we will call you when it's available to show.' I called today and the response was that the apartment was already rented. What a lack of professionalism and integrity... Even if you have someone on standby, at least show the place and call the people you committed to inform them so they are not left waiting... A complete fraud.....

Negative experience: Don't come to rent an apartment from this real estate agency, at first they treat you very well, but in the end, all the problems come. In our case, we rented an apartment on Frey Rosendo Salgado, 22 that was delivered to us dirty when they had confirmed it would be cleaned. Before we stained it, we cleaned it, and now they tell us it's worse than when we handed it over and that they will deduct it from the deposit. In addition to that, we had several problems throughout the course, such as one of the bathrooms broke down and they took months to fix it, or that one of the beds broke (you can see in one of the photos how the legs of the bed were). The photos are of how the apartment was delivered to us.

Negative experience: The attention the guy had with me over the phone was quite unpleasant.

Negative experience: Si queréis alquilar un piso, comprar o venderlo mejor ir a otro sitio, trato peor imposible. Y después si tienes un problema con lo que sea te lo comes tu con patatas. No lo recomiendo para nada, peor imposible.
