Negative experience: After waiting 4 months for my deposit to be refunded, and contacting them several times, they finally make a payment but deduct bank fees for transferring my money. I do not recommend them at all.

Negative experience: Terrible service! I called last week to ask for information about a property for sale; since they did not answer, I left a message on the answering machine. Then I wrote to them on WhatsApp; they read it but never replied. What a lack of professionalism and little desire to work!!!

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in Santiago. The website is just for show because the apartments are not for rent. They have no customer service hours and do not answer calls. And to top it off, the lady who assists is totally inefficient... A disappointing experience.

Negative experience: The woman is not only useless but also incompetent; I call her and she ignores me, I message her on WhatsApp and she leaves me on read. Girl, if you don’t want to work, give the position to someone who does. Trash.

You agree to meet the lady on a specific day and time to look at the rental of an apartment, and after traveling more than 200km, the 'lady' tells us that she has already reserved it and will not rent it. Total lack of professionalism from the 'lady'.

Negative experience: Whoever is looking for or finds this real estate agency should not call. The lady who handles rental issues is useless, rude, and arrogant, and that's an understatement. They are incompetent, and if the apartment is not available for rent, they should take down the ad like other normal real estate agencies do. Anyway... it's a waste of time to talk with these inept people.

Negative experience: We sent several messages to inquire about a publication and never received a response. I don't understand why they post and waste time.

We went to the real estate agency at 1 PM, and they told us they were too busy to assist us, but we should let them know what we were looking for to see if they could help. They quickly offered us a duplex that met our expectations and was reasonably priced. Since they were 'busy,' they asked us to come back at 5 PM (the supposed opening time) to see it and to leave our phone numbers. We waited at the door of the real estate agency from 5 to 6 PM, and no one showed up. We called them 5 times, and surprise, nobody bothered to answer. We managed to get a response at 7 PM, and their answer was: 'Oh, yes, in the end, I decided not to open.' Aside from the lack of professionalism, was it that hard to call and let us know? At this point, I even doubt the existence of such a duplex... Especially, ma'am, if you don't feel like working, that's fine, but don't mess with the rest of us who have things to do.

Negative experience: This can be described as a scam in capital letters, you call them about the apartments on their website and they have none, they tell you to check the date, I say, if you don't have them anymore, take them off the website, don't keep people getting their hopes up. Then the phone service was terrible, total disdain.....

Negative experience: The website shows apartments that they really don't have, and the ones that are listed have a price that doesn't match what the owner of the real estate agency tells you, inflating the prices by 400 euros more, in addition to a terrible treatment from the real estate agency.

Negative experience: The service and customer attention leave much to be desired. I spoke to them via Whatsapp about an apartment they had for rent, and they didn't even bother to respond to me, so the next day I called them, and they told me that the apartment was no longer available (I don't understand why they have listings for apartments that are already rented). But that wasn't even the worst part; it was the tone and way they spoke to me over the phone, with inappropriate comments that were unnecessary, it shows their classism.

Negative experience: Sin compromiso alguno, a falta de 3 días de reservar un piso nos dice que ya lo han reservado, sin darnos soluciones fiables por un error suyo, nada recomendable

Negative experience: La chica no tiene ninguna gana de trabajar contesta malamente y los pisos de la pagina según ella no se encuentra disponible no se para que los tiene puesto entonces. Donde no hay no se puede sacar.

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria nada recomendable; no es recomendable contactar con ellos ni aunque sea tu última opción. Tan poco profesionales como educados.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable, no tienen compromiso alguno con los clientes. Además, la prepotencia y mala educación con la que se dirigen a las personas es lamentable.

Negative experience: La página cuenta con muchísimos anuncios de pisos que ni siquiera se encuentran disponibles. El trato al cliente vía telefónica es horroroso, ningún tipo de interés por ayudar a la clientela. Para nada recomendado, ahorraros el disgusto.

Negative experience: Llamamos ayer y no nos cogieron el teléfono. Fuimos en persona y en un cartel ponía que abrían a las 11. Nos quedamos en la puerta y allí no apareció nadie. Un cuarto de hora después, nos fuimos... Siguen sin coger el teléfono.

Negative experience: Fuimos un miércoles a ver un piso y quedamos en confirmarle el viernes. El viernes llamamos y nos dijo que aunque ya unas personas de fuera le habían pasado documentación, le facilitaría el trabajo llevar a cabo nuestros trámites. A esto, nos dijo que nos llamaría el sábado para tramitar y pedir toda nuestra documentación. El mismo sábado la llamamos y no nos cogía nunca el teléfono. Por ello, el lunes fuimos a la inmobiliaria y nos dijo que unos chicos ya le habían pagado la fianza y que lo que nosotras estábamos diciendo era mentira. Nunca se mostró interés ni amabilidad, el servicio fue pésimo y se denotaba claro clasismo. Además nunca nos miraba a la cara, estaba constantemente mirando a una de las chicas que llevaba puesto un top y a la otra los tatuajes en el brazo.

Negative experience: El señor que me atendió muy muy desagradable. Coge el telefono y empieza a hacerme preguntas y de la nada me dice "lo siento, está cerrada la inmobiliaria hasta el proximo mes" flipo. Muy mal educado y me corta la llamada de la nada. Sin más. No recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Un servicio pésimo, sin ganas de trabajar y engañando constantemente. Ha hecho perder a mi familia mucho dinero. Por favor, que nadie se acerque a esta agencia. No se lo recomiendo

Negative experience: La señora que te atiende es muy desagradable. Te mira todo el tiempo por encima del hombro y no pone ningún interés en ayudarte. Además, se nota una gran falta de organización en su trabajo: no tiene actualizada la web y las fotos son de otros años.

Negative experience: La señora una borde . Aparte de abrir cuando le apetece ,acabas enfadandote por el trato recibido. Le hace perder los estribos a cualquiera. No devuelve fianzas . Por mi parte es una ladrona. Hay mil agencias en santiago que tratan al cliente de manera exquisita.

Negative experience: Llegamos y lo primero que nos dijo la "señora" es que "estaba muy ocupada" pero que le contásemos nuestros intereses. Le dijimos que no queríamos alquilar ningún piso que tuviese una cifra superior a X. La señora nos comentó que tenía varias viviendas que nos podían "encajar" y comenzó a enseñarnos inmuebles que superaban hasta 400 euros la cifra que nosotros le habíamos dado. Además, el estado de las cocinas y los baños de esos inmuebles era pésimo en todos ellos. En el año en el que reinó Carolo los inmuebles estarían en mejor estado (podríamos decir que las cuevas de los cromañones estaban en mejor estado) . Parecía que nos estaba vacilando!!! STOP CRESAL!!! No es trigo limpio!!!

Negative experience: Después de llamar un buen número de veces y que no contestaran ni en el fijo ni en el móvil que consta en la web, me llamó una señora y me indicó que todos los inmuebles de la web por los que le preguntaba estaban ya alquilados, además fue muy cortante y tuve la sensación de que estaba deseando colgar la llamada. Da la sensación de que los inmuebles que tienen en su web son ganchos y nada más.
