Negative experience: Don’t trust the feminist posters they put in their window. My father was deceived by renting his apartment to a mafia. Rubén commented that it was for a woman and her daughter, somewhat of party people, as there had already been complaints in another community, however, it was actually for the madam and the girls to whom she sublet the rooms. What were the consequences? Constant problems among the neighbors who lived in fear during the rental period and threats from the tenant. When they finally left, the state of the apartment was checked: they drilled holes to install an alarm and ran cables for TV, without permission, to all the rooms, a broken window, all the furniture in the rooms (sofa bed, mattress, shelves, table and chair) had to be thrown away, they had changed the rails and curtains of the rooms and the living room, they took the kitchenware, left a couple of bed frames and 2 mattresses in the living room as well as several nightstands. The entire apartment, freshly painted, was disgusting after 9 months. In the entrance, they had burned a wall, the entrance and living room were yellow from tobacco and the rooms and hallway had 'stains'. They agreed to paint to return the deposit. What a mistake! They painted like a child would, in addition to ruining all the doors and wooden frames with wall paint. Without the owner checking the condition of the property again, Best House decided to return the deposit. Besides calling several times to the clean point for the collection of mattresses and others, a company had to be hired to take down all this furniture, a cleaning company, to tear out all the cables, paint, and buy beds, tables, the 2 sofas, curtains,... A lot of time, money, and worries. If you want to have your worst experience, count on Best Credit, Best House: a bunch of crooks.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que he conocido en mi vida, best house de Gómez Ulla . Hace un tiempo alquilé un apartamento y a la hora de pagar me ocultaron que había okupas muy conflictivos en todo el vecindario. Al poco tiempo descubrí todo y me dijeron que era “normal” vivir con okupas en un vecindario, que en Madrid era normal y que yo era una persona problemática por decir esto a lo que respondí que fueran ellos a vivir a ese piso cuando yo lo abandonara. No me devolvieron mi fianza aunque había causas más que justificadas para que lo devolvieran y me pidieran disculpas por las gravísimas molestias ocasionadas. Varias noches sin poder dormir y muchas molestias de ruido ensordecedor durante el día. 0 profesionalidad, 0 humildad, 0 empatía. Impresentable. (P.D: Pongo una estrella porque no se pueden poner 0)

Fantastic experience: Como responsable de la inmobiliaria Best House en la calle Gómez Ulla 4 (al lado de la Plaza de Galicia) disculparme con la gente que está descontenta con el trato o el servicio que les prestamos porque intentamos hacerlo lo mejor posible. De todas formas comentar que en Santiago somos más de una oficina por si su descontento no fuera con la nuestra y me disculpo igualmente en nombre de mis compañeros. Gracias y estamos aquí para lo que necesiten

Negative experience: Donde dije digo, digo Diego. Absoluta falta de palabra de la vendedora de esta inmobiliaria, atribuyéndose en la venta de nuestro antiguo piso, competencias que no le correspondían. Intentó que mi hermana firmara la factura de la comisión de la inmobiliaria MIENTRAS CONDUCÍA. Además de que nos hizo firmar dichas facturas antes de firmar la venta del piso en la notaría. Previamente a la venta se habían concretado una serie de condiciones que luego modificó a su antojo, o por lo menos a nosotros no nos dio explicaciones. Sólo aceptó parcialmente las condiciones previas cuando se le dijo que si no era así no se firmaba la venta. ¿Es obligatorio ponerle una estrella?

Negative experience: Muy mal, me llegaron noticias de que trabajan muy sucio, no recomiendo para estudiantes ya que os pueden crear muchos problemas, me hablaron de denuncias por el medio...con eso os lo digo todo. Si teneis un problema con ellos llevan las cosas a los extremos. Por un contrato nunca se puede llegar a esos extremos, les auguro un futuro bastante negro... hai que tener más humildad...Teneis cerca otra inmobiliaria que os recomienda se llama Avinza, esos si que son más de fiar, os lo dice alguien que lleva toda la vida en esto...
