Positive experience: The interaction with the real estate agency as a tenant, at least regarding formalizing the rental with the landlord, has been good. The girls from the real estate agency were very friendly and we talked to them almost daily until we completed all the paperwork for the rental and the utility changes. It is true that the apartment we rented was usually shown by the landlord, and due to the landlord's unavailability, they showed it to us adjusting to our schedule and didn't show us the defects that the apartment had which we found once inside (a range hood that doesn't work well, a broken blind that can't be lowered, doors with broken handles or that don't close). It is also their responsibility to show both the good and the bad parts of the apartment instead of the landlord, but I give them credit for showing it to us exceptionally and not the landlord, to accommodate our schedules.

Negative experience: Review I have thought a lot about whether to write this review or not. My experience has not been good at all, but I have decided to share it. On one hand, because I believe that the treatment from the real estate agency deserves reflection, and on the other, because I think sharing it can prevent others from going through bad moments. My partner and I went with Elena to see an apartment. We immediately said yes, after a prior negotiation. At that moment, the feeling and perception is that there is no interest from the real estate agency in renting the apartment to us. Previously, another couple had made a visit. The next day, we are told that the other couple is interested and that the owners will decide who gets the apartment. We are talking about similar profiles regarding income and job stability. Finally, Elena informs us by phone that the tenants chosen by the owners are the other couple. I quote textually 'Because they have children and provide more stability.' While I agree that every owner can choose the tenant they want in their home, the manner and discriminatory treatment, even if it is merely a transmission of the owner's wishes, towards those of us who do not have children (which may be because we cannot have them or even that they have passed away, or any other traumatic event) is treatment that does not seem ethical or professional to me. It is an unnecessary argument and can be very painful for many people.

The next day they phone me back saying the apartment has already been rented out, -COMPLETE LIE as I asked a Spanish friend to phone and arrange a visit. They offered her a visit on the same day as they phoned me to cancel. How can it be rented out, but they're still showing it to people?

Lo alquilaron a otros y nos avisaron poco antes de que fuese la visita, sabiendo que veníamos de lejos. No tienen palabra ni compromiso alguno. Les doy una estrella porque no puedo dar menos.
