Fantastic experience: We sold two houses in La Palma with the support of the colleagues from ILP. They do much more than what is actually part of their responsibilities. We are thrilled with how accommodating they all are. They have supported us in an outstanding manner. We received perfect support with inheritances, notarial contracts, translations, appraisals, and the preparation of the property for sale with all the necessary registrations and cancellations with suppliers, banks, and Spanish authorities. Fantastic experience: Van begin tot eind, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, ze gaan "the extra mile" om u na de aankoop van een woning of grond verder te helpen. Bij de notaris om te vertalen, verzekering nodig? Idem. Absoluut geen klachten hier! Carola spreekt Engels, Frans, Duits en uiteraard Spaans, dus ook al weinig taalproblemen. Hier sicherlich Sehr zufrieden Kunden.

Fantastic experience: Wir sind schon seit mehr als 30 Jahren auf der schönen Insel La Palma und haben schon viel erlebt betreffend Immobilien. Für Leo und sein großartiges Team ist nichts zu viel. Das offenbar unmögliche wird möglich gemacht und sie kennen sich im Paragraphen-und Gesetzes Dschungel bestens aus. Das Team ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und es gibt keine schlaflosen Nächte mehr.

Elle est très disponible et prête à vous fait visiter des biens qui correspondent à vos aspirations et à vos choix. Ils ont récemment déménagé et se trouvent maintenant sur la route principale qui relie El Paso à Los Llanos. Leur agence est bien visible. Ils ont des biens pour tous les budgets, à partir de 80.000 euros vous avez déjà une belle petite maison dans la banlieue de Los Llanos, 65m² et 1 chambre avec petit jardin par exemple...
