No os dejéis engatusar por los asesores financieros de otra empresa con la que trabajan (que se supone os consigue la mejor hipoteca). Ir al banco directamente porque es un engaño y un sacadinero. Además de que os estaréis metiendo en la boca del lobo por firmar un contrato abusivo con condiciones inhumanas.

Negative experience: We had the misfortune of buying our first apartment with these scoundrels, specifically with Sergio González. They sold us an apartment making us believe it was a bargain since we are a young couple. A bargain for them by selling us something without 'finding out' or informing us that there was an extraordinary assessment approved and the building had very serious structural damage, which implies an outrageous community fee for years. Besides the deception, it is a cost that has left us financially broken and in the long term. Additionally, we were not informed at any moment; we asked many times about community aspects, and it was concealed from us at all times. We had to find out a month after moving in through a neighbor. On top of this, they have completely washed their hands of it. So I do not recommend anyone work with this bunch. They know all the tricks to scam people and get away unscathed. And then if you call them scammers, they get offended.

Negative experience: We just sold our apartment, excited we were already heading towards fulfilling the dream of our lives!! We didn't count on the fact that this last moment, which should have been magical, would end up leaving us with a bad taste in our mouths and very disappointed, due to the direct management of the Aincat Viladecans manager. Aincat is a real estate agency that charges a very high commission percentage. They justify it by arguing that they take on the negotiation margin for future buyers, if necessary. It seemed coherent to us, and since we fell in love with Pol (the real estate agent) from the first moment, we decided to bet on them. POL, YOUR WORK IS INCREDIBLE. There are no professionals like you, in any sector. You kept us excited and we enjoyed the process a lot, thanks to you. Truly, there are no words of gratitude and affection to describe what it is like to join this party with you. Really, a thousand thanks!! However, the afternoon before signing for the key handover, a problem arose between future buyers and the real estate agency, which we ended up paying for as sellers. Due to a misunderstanding between the agency and the buyers, we had to pay €1,500!! And with no room for reaction. Either we paid that amount or the sale would not be signed. Through all this, the Aincat manager was incapable of stepping up, leaving the person who was supposedly at fault alone, taking on that error and trying to manage the dissatisfaction of sellers and buyers. We are clear that at no point was there bad faith, but offering something that the apartment does not have is reason enough for the agency to assume THEIR ERROR and negotiate with the future buyers, but far from that, they transferred the problem to the sellers. Aincat dodged responsibility knowing that, with less than 24 hours before signing and handing over keys, and us already living in another town, we had no other option... And we had to assume and lose that money. (That should have come from the margin they argue for charging such a high commission). We are still waiting for a call from the Aincat manager to make up for that loss.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional treatment. They helped me with everything, both Jordi and Hugo and Mari Paz. I wanted to visit several times and they always made an effort to be available. They were advising and guiding me at all times, whether by phone, in person, via WhatsApp, in short, with all my questions, which were many since it was my first home. The truth is that everything went great, I am very happy, and I would recommend it 100%.

Negative experience: They do not properly verify the properties they list for sale. After waiting 4 months to buy the house, I can say that Aincat's service is terrible; they do not provide accurate information, and if there is a problem, they try to cover it up as best they can. In my case, the house had paperwork issues, and the solution for the mortgage was to go with their broker, since leaving it with their 'professional' partners, who also charge for their services, they can secure the mortgage for the property even with paperwork problems. The broker is equally incompetent, and one has to ask every day how the application is going, for which there is no solid response. When I informed them about the bad experience, the commercial's response was to show me the plastic awards they have on a table, saying they are the best real estate agency in Spain and that when I finally got the apartment, I should thank them because they sold it to me. They lack professionalism, need to improve customer service, and provide solutions that truly help people. I do not recommend them, nor would I work with them again.
