Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this real estate agency AT ALL. They only provide the information you want to hear and keep quiet about everything that is 'not so good.' They only look out for their own interests. Very disappointed with the treatment and the lies received from Imma in such a beautiful process as buying an apartment.

Negative experience: We found an apartment in Valverde that interested us. We made a reservation for the apartment, still without having been able to negotiate the final price. We completed the deposit procedures as requested. Even with a pre-approved mortgage, we asked what would happen if it was ultimately denied, and Inma told us to be calm because the civil code protects us. A week later, we were finally denied the mortgage, and to avoid keeping the owners waiting, we informed the real estate agency while the certificate was being processed, which took longer than usual in our case. Our surprise was when, upon requesting the return of the deposit, Inma questioned us that what we said was not true and that we had some other reason, giving us the only option to look for financing with her advisor, despite having explained that we had already looked into it with our advisor, with whom we had signed an exclusivity clause. Finally, we received the deposit back, although we had to talk to a lawyer since after informing the real estate agency and owners by registered mail, we went over a month without receiving any response.

Negative experience: We paid a deposit with a pre-approved mortgage, which was ultimately denied. Inma refused to return our money, claiming it was not provided for in the contract, even though the Catalan Civil Code explicitly states it in Article 621-49. After more than a month and a half, multiple burofaxes, silence on her part, and involving a lawyer, we finally received the deposit back. A real estate agency without scruples, not recommendable at all.

Negative experience: They are scammers, the worst real estate agency.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, I requested information and I was treated very poorly. Several people have told me that they do not take responsibility for problems that may arise between the tenant and the landlord. I do not recommend it at all.

Totalmente recomendable si estas buscando un inmueble o si lo quieres alquilar / vender!

Negative experience: La chica que está atendiendo me pareció muy maleducada y prepotente, fui a preguntar por pisos de alquiler y me atendió en la puerta de la calle sin apenas dejarme entrar en la oficina. Y para rematar su deplorable atención, le sonó el teléfono y me dejó con la palabra en la boca. Nefasta atención al cliente. Le doy una estrella porque no permite seguir con la publicación con cero estrellas.
