Negative experience: I could write a text explaining my entire experience with Finques Subirana, but it wouldn't fit, so I'll just highlight the most important points. First of all, I was shocked by the number of spelling mistakes in the emails they sent, considering that it is a professional company that should take care of the image presented to the public. On the other hand, I had to go to the notary three times to finalize the deed. I was purchasing through a bank, and they acted as intermediaries. They always blamed others and never took any responsibility. (On one occasion, the selling party didn't even show up, leaving us all hanging). To top it off, after many arguments and even having to hire a lawyer (I really thought they were scamming me), the day of the final deed and key handover arrived, but it turned out that they gave me wrong keys and I couldn't access the apartment. They never took responsibility for anything, nor did I receive any apology. For me, it was truly a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: We recently sold our house with a swimming pool with Finques Subirana. We had a very good experience, especially thanks to the work and care of Xavi Vallés. Despite having not very good previous experiences with real estate agencies, we put ourselves in their hands and he gave us confidence from day one, and we were not wrong. Negative experience: I recently visited an apartment with the intention of renting it, but the experience left me feeling disappointed and ignored. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a man who looked me up and down, uninterested and unfriendly. As I toured the apartment, he barely paid me any attention and did not offer information voluntarily. Curiously, just before my visit, another person was shown the same apartment with much more enthusiasm, detail, and even invited to see the community terrace. When I tried to engage and ask important questions about the rental terms, including payment deadlines and additional fees, he said he would send some documents for me to review later. To my dismay, during our conversation, another potential tenant arrived and suddenly, the dynamic changed. The agent became more animated and engaged with this new arrival, leaving me feeling ignored and insignificant. Despite my efforts to express my interest and understand the details, I received minimal attention and scant explanation. This lack of response and proactive engagement left me feeling upset and undervalued. Ultimately, I decided to leave without further discussion, as it was clear that the agent's attention was elsewhere.

Negative experience: Josep, the salesperson, doesn't even care to have basic formalities with the client, and I suspect he is a super elitist person. Since I didn't arrive in a suit or in a Jaguar like my partner, the treatment was extremely different.

I've been renting for 5 years and they tell me they have put the apartment up for sale without prior notice and they tell me to let them bring people to see it until I said I would talk to my lawyer because I know they were being negligent. Within less than an hour, they took it off the market, and the big shameless one is named Juan. A disgrace of a real estate company.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment and I am waiting for my deposit to be returned, and invoices regarding the name change for some utilities and electricity. They work with some people who have many apartments in Igualada and they are totally unreliable; they pass the buck to each other. The owners are being reported, so be careful about the apartment you are going to rent.

Negative experience: I contacted them because I was interested in visiting a property and the only response I got from them was that they were looking for the keys... and they never found them. Carelessness and lack of seriousness.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, the best option for selling the apartment, Isidre was very involved in the sale and preparation of the apartment to achieve the best offer.

Negative experience: Nefarious. Apart from leaving me waiting on the day of the visit because they said I wasn't registered, when I went for the visit I found a house completely different from the photographs. The kitchen, to begin with, was not the same. The house in the photos, with 4 fixes, could be moved into. THE ONE I SAW WAS DESTROYED. Roofs ripped out, dark purple walls. Walls knocked down. Hanging electrical installation, ripped floors, chimney ripped out. The house was in need of complete renovation. Even so, they decide to deceive people with old photographs of the house. I don't understand how people selling houses have such a strong urge to deceive others. Alex is a very nice salesperson, I have no complaints, but there is a receptionist who is unfriendly and mocks you even when she's wrong. Really, properties that leave much to be desired.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with the salesperson Josep, we went to visit a property and when we arrived he told us that he did not have access to it, claiming that Solvia had changed the lock of the property the day before. He did not inform us of this fact and made us waste our time. 'I have wasted the gas to come here', he told us. He did not provide any information about the property sales and his treatment was very unprofessional from the start. Horrible experience, obviously we will never contact this real estate agency again.

La nostra experiència ha estat nefasta (tenir la casa reservada i ensenyar-la a altres clients, si no tenen en exclusiva el pis a vendre "no ens surt a compte ensenya'l ja que no guanyem suficient" (com si no es quedessin prou €€€), i un llarg etc. No us deixeu camelar que d'això sí que en saben (sobretot un que ja el nombren per aquí...). Sort que aquí Igualada hi ha finques que realment són competents.

Negative experience: Completo despropósito de gestión de la venta. Llevo 1 mes esperando y aún siquiera me han contactado. No cogen el teléfono, no contestan a los WhatsApps, espantoso!

Negative experience: Atención nefasta. Si estáis interesados en comprar una casa, deciros que busquéis una inmobiliaria que tenga mucha más palabra que está. Hemos intentado comprar una casa, y después de tantas ocasiones en las que nos citaban para hacer una visita y nos dejaban totalmente tirados, hemos descubierto que justo hoy, después de haber cancelado nuestra visita, estaban enseñándola a otros de los clientes. Por lo tanto el trato pésimo, y lo más importante compromiso 0.

Negative experience: Al principio el trato con Albert perfecto,hasta que hemos firmado la vivienda y entrado a vivir,llena de humedades (vicios ocultos) que no nos lo habían dicho,la cocina tan sucia por dentro que ha hecho falta profesionales Reclamamos a Albert que el propietario se haga cargo de estas humedades y este moho y no le da importancia ni se preocupa en verlo,claro como ya ha cobrado, si os enseñan la casa para comprar mirar bien en todos los recovecos porque lo que puedan no decir para vender no lo dirán ,ahora nos tocará meterlo en abogado

Negative experience: He llamado muchas veces interesada en varias casas y jamás me han devuelto la llamada o mandado un watssap, nada! Siempre lo mismo,apuntan nombre y teléfono y me dicen que el comercial está al teléfono que en cuanto puedan me llamarán,eso sí,ya se preocupan bien de preguntar el dinero que tengo para fianzas o entradas, aún así te dejan tirado como una colilla. Van muy de sobrados y la profesionalidad brilla por su ausencia.

Negative experience: Pues con migo no an cumplido... me alquilan una CASA " por estrenar " y no esta terminada... se puede hablar con ellos ?¿ si. El trato esta bien. pero si el paleta no cumple, la finca no cumple... asi que yo estoi mui descontento con ellos, no la recomiendo...

Positive experience: Es una inmobiliaria "de toda la vida". No trabajan mal aunque se han quedado algo obsoletos en algunos de sus métodos. A veces publican anuncios "gancho" por ejemplo.

Negative experience: Impresentables, tres días llevo dándoles mi nombre para un chalet en Igualada porque en ese momento el comercial no está y que ya me llamaran, cada día que llamo la misma respuesta, que no me preocupe que enseguida me llaman, la ultima hoy, los 4 comerciales están reunidos a las 9:30 de la mañana, cuando acaben la reunión me llamaran; no pasa nada, me espero y siguen sin llamarme, llamo a las 12:30 y ya no hay ni un solo comercial en la inmobiliaria pues ya se han ido y no han tenido ni un minuto para atenderme después de tres días dejando mi nombre, pues muy bien, espero que sigáis vendiendo y alquilando pisos(ironía), adiós y gracias.

Negative experience: Fincas Subirana, Malo muy malo, no te ayuda nada. Le pedi precios para la compra de un piso, y me dijo que si no tenia dinero para la entrada, o otro piso que me olvidara. Que no perderia el tiempo. Gracias a otra immobiliaria que si me atendieron correctamente pude comprar mi piso.
