Negative experience: I was sold a house that is ruining my life. It's horrible, the house is in very bad condition, the neighbors are the worst, we are in lawsuits with complaints and on top of that, the real estate agents have refused to do their job. I have been waiting for 2 years for them to fix some paperwork, during all this time they have been putting me off, or saying they are on vacation and all sorts of excuses to not do their job. Not only have we been swindled with the house and the neighbors, knowing perfectly well what was happening with this house, even the owner herself has told me that I should sell this house and leave, because I will continue to have these problems, and the whole neighborhood knew what was happening with this house. I find it shameful and on top of that, I've been waiting for years for them to fix some papers that they haven't wanted to fix, which state that the house I am paying for is not mine, that I start paying for it in 2027, when I have been here for years, paying for everything.
