Negative experience: Informal. I called several times to inquire about a property, and after many attempts for someone to assist me, they supposedly put me on a list to visit the property, telling me that the following Monday they would contact me. Monday came, and after not receiving any news and nobody answering my calls, I went to the physical office, where they informed me that the owner decided to sell it to a relative. Sure, I believe that. And they didn't even ask me about other possible homes I might be interested in.

Negative experience: Beware of the management, very bad experiences.
