Negative experience: We have been waiting for a week and a half for them to call us to put my house up for sale with them (which of course is no longer necessary) and I have also been waiting the same amount of time for them to call me to visit a property as a buyer... there is also no response... it seems they don't want to work...

Negative experience: A couple of months ago, they tried to sell us a property with a hidden defect, specifically a drainage problem in a two-bedroom ground floor in Bazán, which they claimed to be unaware of, even though the stains on the wall were visible and the real estate agency always left the windows open after the visits. After consulting with lawyers, we are forced to terminate the contracts with them and the financial advisory, and request the return of the deposit because they did not guarantee a fix before purchasing the property. Thank God I got rid of a problem in time. The commissions are outrageous for barely any management, just a phone call and little else. The property is back on sale and unfixed. Unfortunately, these things happen. One must be very careful; they only care about pocketing the commission. Tecnocasa does not have a good reputation in the area.

Negative experience: Esta gente me intentaron estafar con una casa no apta para silla de ruedas (tengo discapacidad física y psíquica), coacciones, etc. Recomiendo irse a otro lado. Son mala gente.
Negative experience: Personal nada profesional, quedan contigo y no se presentan, cobran comisiones abusivas al comprador. Decepcionante, no haré más tratos con tecnocasa.
