Negative experience: Informal. I called several times to inquire about a property, and after many attempts to get someone to assist me, I was supposedly added to a list to visit the property, with them telling me that the following Monday they would contact me. Monday came, and after not receiving any news and nobody answering my calls, I went to the physical office and was informed that the owner decided to sell it to a family member. Of course. And I believe that. And they didn’t even ask me about other possible homes I might be interested in.

Negative experience: Be careful with the dealings they do, very bad experiences.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it.
