Fantastic experience: The broker was very helpful and professional. Got help at every step of the way far beyond what we are used to both in Norway and here on Gran Canaria. Can't praise enough that all formalities from first contact until the deed was issued went painlessly and smoothly.

Positive experience: Good customer service, very knowledgeable. Only downside is the website not very good, photographs cannot be viewed using a slide show.

Negative experience: I'd leave zero stars if I could for this horrendous 'real estates'. Dealt with a woman called Natalia who was completely dishonest during negotiations with the owner and myself, the renter. She increased the rent with no just cause. Then as soon as she received the months commission, completely disappeared. Really disgusting behaviour. I'd avoid like the plaque
