Negative experience: Selling a house with a garage door that’s broken and can’t be closed, and they don’t know, they say; they sell homes without checking what they are selling. The house was wide open and they aren’t able to mention it. And yes, I was helped by calling them about four or five times, and they did an appraisal which I mentioned I would have to pay for. But they didn’t know that this gave them the right to sell the door as they sold it because it’s not just the door and the money it costs to fix it, the motor, the remote, the piece, etc. etc. Besides, the house was wide open, and no one told me anything; of course, they didn’t show the house through the garage, naturally. And why did I realize it if the house isn’t always open? And then what was missing, they sent me to register the property and they haven’t registered the previous mortgage; now, my house has the previous mortgage on it. If I get a simple note, the mortgage from the person who sold it to me will show up, which is no small amount, and I’m left waiting to see what will happen, whether they register it or not, because it’s a matter of trust. They say they will register it this week, but for now, what they told me to go to the registry while being aware they didn’t register the mortgage, and if I register my house, I’ll have the mortgage until they register the cancellation.
