Negative experience: Our experience with Esther has been frankly bad. We have felt neglected. Unanswered emails, if you go to her office without an appointment she won't receive you, but if you call to request one, she neither answers the phone nor returns the call. Very disappointed with Irunlau and all its team. Thankfully, there are other more professional property administrators.

Negative experience: Primer contacto da una imagen muy profesional con el tiempo se va diluyendo. No responde llamadas,no contesta correos, lo que empezó siendo un trato profesional aseado se ha convertido en un desastre. Inoperancia,inacción,desidia. Muy defraudado con Esther y su equipo.
