Nos tomamos en serio la venta de tu vivienda, por eso verás que nuestra cartera es reducida. Tu vivienda en venta es ÚNICA para nosotros. La preparamos cuidando hasta el último detalle (Home Staging) y, cuando empezamos con el proceso de venta, la conocemos muy bien para saber venderla mejor.
En diciembre nos enamoramos de un piso que ella decoró para la venta y que finalmente compramos, y al mismo tiempo fuimos conscientes de que contaríamos con ella para preparar nuestra vivienda para la venta. Así lo hicimos, y el resultado fue mucho mejor de lo esperado: el piso cobró vida, luz y color, y se vendió en día y medio!! Muchas gracias Encarni, por tu trabajo y tus brillantes ideas.
A pesar de mi reticencia a gastar dinero en un piso en venta, gracias a su asesoramiento y buen hacer conseguimos revalorizar la vivienda y venderla rapidamente, recuperando con creces el dinero invertido.
Estoy encantado con el trabajo realizado por la decoradora Encarni Martínez, ha demostrado una gran profesionalidad en todo momento, cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos y con el presupuesto acordado, he quedado muy satisfecho.
Un buen trabajo según lo hablado aunque hubo que añadir alguna cosilla a lo presupuestado. Ayudó y animó mucho a la venta el buen trabajo realizado en la decoración y desde luego no me arrepiento de haberlo contratado. Recomendado.

Negative experience: Experience was 0 recommendable. At first, they make everything sound very nice, using words to convince you to sign exclusivity with them; they have a lot of gift of gab, and then when it comes down to it, everything they say is a lie. Never sign exclusivity with them. I managed everything with two people named the same, María, and professionalism was 0 from both. The only thing they care about is taking 3% of the sale. The sad part, at least in my case, is that individual people who asked me about the sale of my house, since I had exclusivity with them, I gave them the real estate agency's number to manage it with them. And the surprise is that they have been trying to contact María (the real estate agent) for 3 days, and no one is answering. I gave them the notice that there is an interested person who got in touch with me because they don’t return the call and all the excuses like 'my phone is full of messages, and I have to delete them,' etc. It took her 10 minutes to concentrate on the appointment for the next day (after I had told María that there was an interested party and that they hadn't returned the call). It is supposed that these are the people you trust to sell your house, and they can't even be bothered, but then they tell you they answer all calls and are dedicated to selling your house. To summarize, I would have so much more to say about this real estate agency, but it is not even worth it. I do not recommend it, and do not sign exclusivity; it is the worst thing you can do.
Buenos días Deborah Cousillas plazaNos sorprende mucho tu reseña, porque todos los objetivos que nos fijaste para la venta de tu piso se han cumplido con creces (escriturado por el objetivo monetario ambicioso que tú nos marcaste) y en un tiempo muy aceptable (tres semanas para la señal y seis para las escrituras), y te hemos acompañado durante todo el proceso hasta el final, como hacemos con todos nuestros clientes.Tenemos claro que la exclusividad en la venta inmobiliaria, tanto para nosotros como con el 95% de las agencias inmobiliarias de Gipuzkoa, es el mejor método para vender un piso, así podemos poner toda la artillería de marketing inmobiliario en liza: fotografías profesionales, home staging, videomarketing, redes sociales, posicionamiento exclusivo en portales inmobiliarios, cartelería, etc… que es lo que invertimos en tu piso.También nos sorprende porque el resto de clientes siempre destacan, dejándolo por escrito como tú, la honestidad y transparecia con la que trabajamos y el buen resultado cosechado.Además, en tu caso particular a las dos semanas de poner tu piso en venta, y notando que no estabas de acuerdo con el excelente trabajo que estaba realizando nuestra compañera María U. (una persona con décadas de experiencia en el sector sin recibir ni una queja de sus clientes), te dimos la opción de romper la exclusividad y seguir trabajándolo en abierto junto con alguna otra inmobiliaria, pero declinaste nuestro ofrecimiento.En cuanto al tema de las llamadas a las personas interesadas que habían contactado contigo, María U. ya te demostró que las llamadas estaban gestionadas a los 10 minutos, y como todos los trabajadores del mundo, cumplimos un horario laboral, y las llamadas fuera de ese horario se atienden al día siguiente en cuanto nos es posible. Además gestionó un buen número de llamadas con otras agencias inmobiliarias de Rentería que tenían clientes interesados en ver el piso y a los que se les atendió gustosamente, pudiendo visitarlo a demanda.En cuanto a la gestión de Maria C., nuestra coordinadora, otra profesional de contrastada experiencia en el sector, su labor ha sido impoluta desde que conseguimos un acuerdo entre las partes, gestión de la señalización, del contrato privado de compraventa y de la documentación necesaria en la escritura notarial.Desde Moldatu Home Inmobiliaria & Home Staging en Irún, Donostia– San Sebastián y Bilbao te rogamos que pienses que gracias a nuestra gestión has conseguido cumplir todos los objetivos que te marcaste al inicio de este proceso, una de las transacciones más importantes en la vida de una persona, y dentro de los plazos apretados que nos exigiste.Esperamos que la vida te siga dando éxitos y buena salud.Un saludo.

Fantastic experience: We started the search with Andrés, he showed us several apartments with incredible patience!!! We ended the purchase with María (we didn’t understand it, but we didn’t ask either). We saw an apartment that Andrés had already suggested to us and we weren’t very receptive... but it’s true that they had already taken note of what we were looking for... as soon as we saw the apartment we said, 'this is it', so great, after a very bumpy move (on our part) and the support at all times from Andrés, María, and Urtzi... everything went great, luckily we also coincided with very nice sellers...
