Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Simon has a wealth of knowledge with property in Tenerife. So much so that he was invited to speak to group of Realtors from the United States (and Spain) about the market conditions on the island. Fantastic experience: Having never bought a property outside of the UK and only having 'horror' stories told to us of friends of friends purchasing a property abroad - Simon proved to be an amazing find! We had decided on Los Cristianos and actually knew the apartment complex we were looking for an apartment in. We contacted Simon along with 2 other companies who had the same property for sale. Fantastic experience: Buying a property abroad can be very daunting, luckily we made contact with Simon, and secondly Colin from Tenerife Property Group. They explained every single thing in detail like hidden costs etc and what we would require as well,way before we even came across to view anything. We never felt pressured at all into anything. Once we knew we were coming over we booked some viewings and found a lovely property. There was no pressure to offer, we decided to offer and what a pleasant and hassle free experience that was!! Fantastic experience: Investing in a second home in a foreign country is no small deal. In fact, it is a huge deal, particularly considering you are dealing with a foreign (and potentially strange) jurisdiction and a foreign language on top of it all. Having talked to several real estate agents, I was super happy to find Simon from Tenerife Property Group. This man managed to explain everything to us in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. In retrospect, Simon stands of the crowd in the following points: 1. Speed of communication – answers to our multitudes of questions came in a matter of minutes and hours. It never took him more than a day to respond. 2. Honesty and impartiality – Simon gave us his honest opinion about the properties on the market. We NEVER had the impression that he was trying to aggressively sell us something. We could always be sure that Simon had OUR best interest in mind. The Tenerife real estate market has way too many ads about “the sublime sunsets that can be enjoyed from this or that apartment’s spacious and luxurious terrasse, sipping a romantic glass of wine, blah-blah-blah”, neglecting to mention that the same apartment complex is full of short term holiday rentals, populated by trippy teenagers struggling through the morning after. With Simon you can be sure he will warn you about such places, even if the photos in some ads are National Geographic quality and as a willing buyer you end up eyeing them with too much wishful thinking and naïveté. 3. Thorough knowledge of the market – Simon knows the South Tenerife real estate market remarkably well. He knows most of the complexes out of his own experience and in case he does not know a particular complex, he will surely inform you about it and voila, the next day he will have found out everything about it and inform you accordingly. 4. Support in price negotiations – Simon helped us negotiate the price, after we had found the perfect apartment for us. Considering that his commission is a fixed percentage of the selling price, I particularly appreciate his tips and advice on pushing for a price reduction where such was possible (for the record – we did negotiate the price and did come to what I believe to be a win-win solution with the seller and ourselves). 5. Integrity – Simon always kept his word, timelines and appointments. In a southern corner of Europe, that’s not a small thing. 6. Friendliness and attention to detail – Working with Simon over the course of 3 months, I was constantly amazed by this man’s attention to detail and providing the perfect client experience. We had a thing about insisting on a heated pool. Also, as most couples, we had our share of “he likes X, she likes Y”. Simon remembered these little quirks of ours and advised us accordingly each time we considered a property. 7. Sense of humour – If you like intelligent, witty and dry kind of British humour, Simon is your man. Having said all that – we ended up buying our dream holiday home in Tenerife, based on a video call, facilitated by Simon. We have not regretted it since. The deal would probably never have happened, hadn’t it been for the professional able help from Tenerife Property Group. I’m always happy to be a reference to Simon if need be. Oh, and in case you were not convinced yet – the man has 9 cats and dogs! Strays rescued by Simon and his beautiful, Canary-born wife Ana. How’s that for a caring and considerate couple!

I first met Simon from Tenerife property Group in July 2020 ,when I travelled over to Tenerife to view potential investment / holiday properties. We talked, pinpointed and viewed suitable properties and areas which was made extremely easy with Simon's friendly, honest, knowledgeable and always professional attitude.
