Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly advice. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: The staff at Engel & Völkers Costa Adeje are customer detractors and scammers! 2 minutes after the property advertisement was released, I called the office with my decision to book the house I decided to buy. The staff member on the help line confirmed that I was first in line and a staff member responsible for this property would call me within 10 minutes. They finally called after more than 4 HOURS! with the information that they had a known client for this investment! What a scandal! Despite this, I made an offer €100,000 above the asking price, but it wasn't accepted because the office worker Daniel didn’t even communicate it to the owner! What happened in the following days? When I arrived at the property in question, the office employee claimed to be the OWNER, even though the notarial contract had not yet been signed. The legitimate owner from England will find out about their practices to their detriment anyway!

Fantastic experience: Impeccable service. Daniel is definitely a gem. Very detail-oriented, super communicative, everything was perfect. If you want to buy or sell in Tenerife, this E&V office is your best choice.

Positive experience: I am absolutely satisfied with their service. I sold my house and Harald the agent who has been supporting me was very professional, very well organized and incredibly kind. They a re a bit expensive (this is why I don’t give 5 stars) but given the landscape of real estate agencies in Tenerife….full of incompetent sharks. They stand out.

Positive experience: The service dealing with the setting up of the sales information and the promotion of the sale of our villa property were first class with Daniel doing a great job. However following the finding of a buyer and the signing of the advance contract the service was very poor and disorganised and various matters were not done when required in particular matters which should have been done on behalf of the buyer wer left undone causing serious concerns and delays prior to and at the notary appointment.

Fantastic experience: Trabajar con Engels&Volkers es garantía de seguridad. En mi caso concreto, puedo decir que a la segunda fue la vencida y absolutamente satisfecho. De lo único que me arrepiento es de no haberlo hecho un año antes y haber podido evitar a otra agencia. No me decidí la primera vez porque el coste era mayor. Pero al final lo barato sale caro. Me han alquilado el piso rápido, con todas las garantías de seguridad posibles adaptandose al perfil que yo buscaba sin buscar su único beneficio, mostrando una absoluta profesionalidad, como muestra el contrato. Son serios y profesionales. Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo de Doña Ana Guerra que en todo momento se mostró muy disponible, rápida, eficiente y muy colaboradora. From sightseeing to a variety of face to face appointments, she always had time, answering all questions and doing everything very professionally. Negative experience: Wir wollten eine Besichtigung vereinbaren. War angeblich nicht möglich, da das Objekt vermietet war. Eine zweite Immobilie sollte plötzlich 30.000 € mehr kosten als im Exposé angegeben. Das wirkt schon unseriös!
