I would like to express that last March we sold the apartment we owned in Playa de la Arena through the agency Century 21 Asten. A friend recommended them to me and passed me the contact of the agent who had assisted him. Marcelo Gómez was consistently a highly qualified, attentive, professional, and responsible person. Both the agency and Marcelo acted at all times with excellent professional and human capacity, completing the sale in a brief period. Fantastic experience: Very competent staff. I felt well taken care of. Melisa understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't show me useless things, like so many other agents who waste your time. Both Duda and Melisa were also very available and open to all questions even after the notarial contract. Maria Delgado did a very good job (Post-sale). The only downside was that in a preliminary contract (for a property that I ultimately did not buy), I was not well advised. Aston Reality had not informed themselves properly or did not know that part of the house had to be demolished since the condominium had already filed an objection against the illegal construction. I was the one affected in this case. The whole disaster came to light just before the notarial contract because the owners had withdrawn.

Negative experience: This review pertains to the vacation apartment rental department. We cannot recommend this company. Unreliable, unprofessional, and ignorant. Always the same inquiries from different employees. We had booked a vacation apartment with a communal pool. The pool and sunbeds were not usable, there was no water in the pool, the area was closed off. We were informed of this 14 days before departure! A free cancellation was no longer possible. The request for a discount was denied on the grounds that they could do nothing, the pool was public. We paid 940 euros for 9 days. On the day of departure, no one showed up at the agreed time for the key handover.

We were looking for a suitable apartment in Los Cristianos and found it at the agency from Aston Realty Real Estate. There were some hurdles to overcome and it was actually not that easy. At times I even gave up hope that we would be able to close here the deal. But through Victoria's great engagement we were able to achieve everything in the end. She listened as my MIL described what could be her perfect place in the sun and diligently worked to find her a beautiful, sun-filled villa in a vibrant village she's excited to now call home. Not only did she chauffer her around the island to look at properties, but she also visited my MIL in hospital when she fell ill. Communications with her were easy and constant until the closing, and she felt safe at every step of the transaction.
