Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star, I would. There is no professionalism in this agency. I called to rent a house and was put in touch with the person in charge. I provided all the necessary information about myself: my income, my job, my personal situation... absolutely everything they asked for. They assured me they would contact the owner to arrange a visit. After three days with no news, I had to call several times for updates, and they always told me they were still waiting for the owner's response. The most frustrating part is that there was never clear communication. Finally, after insisting, I was informed that the owner had already rented the house without even notifying me. Not a call, not a notice, nothing. They wasted my time with the least respect. The worst part is that, suspecting something was off, I asked a friend to call and inquire about the house. And what was the response? That the house wasn’t rented, but reserved. When I confronted them with this information, they changed their story again, saying the house was 'reserved' and they were waiting for someone to come sign the contract. How is that possible? Rented or reserved? Why all the lies and twists? I feel completely deceived and undervalued, as if they were playing with me. What reason could there be for such discriminatory and disrespectful treatment?

Negative experience: Disappointing experience. I was treated in a discriminatory manner. They promised me a visit and, after days of excuses, said that the house was rented. Complete lack of seriousness.

Negative experience: I contacted this real estate agency to inquire about the ad they have for a property. The person who answered told me that she wasn't handling that house's case, that she would pass on the message to her colleague, and that they would get in touch with me in the afternoon. I received no response. A week later, I reached out to the agency again to ask about the house. The same person answered me again, telling me that her colleague had called the owners but didn't know if it was still for sale or not, and that she would contact me. I still haven't received a response. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: At Mundocasa Real Estate, the data offered must be VERIFIED; as well as having special sensitivity when naming people who have not left any reviews (and whose names are mentioned in relation to some of them, besides not knowing with any certainty who I am), in relation to Organic Law 7/2021, of May 26, on the protection of personal data, in which these are classified as serious conducts. I also emphasize that being happy with the area doesn't mean being satisfied with the rent. It is a LIE regarding the absence of records of the damages the rented apartment had; although it is true that during the 3 years period, all of this has ALWAYS been communicated to the owner, who disregarded it on MANY occasions, and in the last instance his words were 'whatever you have to discuss, discuss it with the real estate agency' after asking him for explanations for the charges WITHOUT INVOICES AND WITHOUT THE OLD PARTS, which is an obligation. During the current rental period, we were FORCED to show the apartment for sale, which is totally ILLEGAL, as stipulated by current laws, where it is PERFECTLY clear that during the duration of the contract, the tenant only has the OBLIGATION to show the property when it is for repairs that the landlord intends to carry out. I reiterate the EVIDENCE you had of the various damages in the apartment. The last incident we had was when 4 consecutive storms came and one of the windows opened, breaking TWO SLATS of the blind when opening it inward. We could not even leave the house for fear that it would open again. AT THIS MOMENT, given the terrible solution we were given (WAIT UNTIL THE STORM PASSED), your response was that it was 'improperly closed'. It was perfectly closed, and with the next gust of wind, it opened again flooding the entire room next to the main room. I had no choice but to look for any heavy object I could find to prevent it from reopening, which in turn caused more damage, and it was where I kept a lot of work documentation. The shamelessness of taking advantage of holding the deposit to profit from a ridiculous damage that occurred over 3 years, and furthermore caused by the PROPERTY'S OWN DEFECTS, says a lot about how each person is, SURREALIST; this is the word that best defines these 3 years and everything that has happened to us, especially in the last one where most of the PROBLEMS arose. 25 DAYS WITHOUT HOT WATER, because the solution offered after the heater broke down was to heat water in a pot until they came to fix it. But the monthly payment was ALWAYS made on time, and most months even in the month before the next one. We have BANK RECEIPTS for this. I ALSO WANT TO RECORD THAT IN ADDITION TO THE UNLAWFUL CHARGE FOR A REPAIR OF SOMETHING CAUSED BY THE PROPERTY’S OWN DEFECT, EACH OF THOSE DAMAGES WAS CHARGED WITHOUT INVOICE, when the OBLIGATION IS TO PRESENT INVOICES, as stipulated by Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases, JUST LIKE PRESENTING THE OLD PARTS FOR WHICH CHARGES WERE MADE WHILE ENSURING THAT THE REPLACEMENT OF THESE IS ANALOGOUS AND NOT SUPERIOR (as was the case, considering the price). ABUSIVE AND DISPROPORTIONATE costs, I REPEAT WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION (SCAM). I ATTACH VIDEOS AND PHOTOS OF YOUR 'IGNORANCE' OF WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO US AND WHERE A CONVERSATION WITH THIS ENTITY CAN BE SEEN. Negative experience: I called to ask for a reference for an apartment and a girl answered me very rudely, saying not to call back because it's the 4th time (which is not true, as it was my first time calling). She wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me, very, very poor phone service!

Negative experience: I called to rent an apartment, the ONLY REQUIREMENT I asked for was that it be a quiet apartment since I start work at 5:30 am and I have to go to sleep around 21:00/21:30 at the latest. I ended up renting a place UNDER a student apartment. In the end, I lost my deposit, spent a horrible month, and didn’t even get an apology from the real estate agency. Moreover, on the second day after seeing the situation, I decided to call her to discuss it, to which she replied that she would talk to the owner of the apartment. Three days later, after not receiving a response from Mundo Casa or the owner of the apartment, I finally decided to call the latter. As soon as I spoke with her, she said she knew nothing and that the real estate agency hadn’t informed her. CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN.

Necesitábamos un piso.....después de mandarnos fotos y nosotros decirle q lo queriamos, nos dio largas, mil vueltas.... cuando creíamos que podíamos contar con el piso que nos ofreció e íbamos a verlo (requisito esencial según ella para poder alquilar) nos manda un mensaje diciendo que ya estaba apalabrado y con toda la jeta añade que si no cerraba el trato que nos llamaría. Mala persona que se ríe de sus clientes.

Negative experience: Llamábamos porque somos estudiantes (2) y necesitabamos un piso para dos años en Ferrol, preguntamos si tenían alguno, y aunque no fuese para estudiantes, nos quedaríamos allí (verano incluído) como si fuese un alquiler normal. La persona que nos atendió nos estubo dando largas mientras intentábamos explicarle y prácticamente nos colgó diciendo: Si sois estudiantes no tengo nada para vosotros. Sí, somos estudiantes y vale, que ellos solo reflicten los deseos de los dueños de los pisos, y presentando este trato, en el que apenas te dejan explicarte y están deseando colgarte, dejan mucho que desear, la verdad.

Negative experience: Ojo con esta inmobiliaria!!!!, el trato inicial amable esconde a lobos con piel de cordero ya que en mi caso al realizar el alquiler de la vivienda no depositan la fianza en la Xunta incumpliendo la legislación vigente, después de reclamarles verbalmente mienten con alevosía alegando que han perdido el recibo, a pesar de presentarles documento de la Xunta que demuestra que no se realizado dicha fianza, continúan negando lo evidente y al solicitarles una hoja de reclamación de consumo para exponer esto dicen que si disponen de ellas pero que no saben donde las tienen incumpliendo de nuevo con sus obligaciones. Jamás me había encontrado con una inmobiliaria tan poco profesional y que tuviera tanto descaro en mentir cuando existen pruebas evidentes de su falta de profesionalidad e incumplimiento de la ley. Teniendo en cuenta que mienten con documentos que acreditan los hechos ¿qué harán con los clientes que no comprueban que tanto los documentos como el dinero están depositados en los lugares que deben estar? Me parece un tema muy grave y más cuanto puede haber tanto dinero por medio ya que si no se depositan las fianzas en la Xunta las cantidades pueden ser muy elevadas.

Negative experience: Alquilamos un piso, y antes de firmar el contrato les conté que tengo gatos y pregunté si había problema; la de la inmobiliaria me responde que el propietario le dijo que no hay ningún problema e incluso se modificó el contrato. Y hoy me entero de que el propietario no tenía ni la más remota idea de que yo tenía gatos, y me dice que de haberlo sabido no nos hubiese querido alquilar, por lo que hubo mentiras, estafa y cero profesionalidad. Pésimo.
