Negative experience: Everything is wrong in this story. From bad treatment to no commitment to what they tell you. If you're reading this, go somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment and the money.

Fantastic experience: They say that everyone tells the story according to how it goes for them, and I had a fabulous experience with this company a year ago. I put my home up for rent with them, they visited me 4 times with potential tenants, they managed the solvency documentation from the tenant, and everything was great. I have trusted them again to sell 2 properties, and so far they have met the schedules and conditions. If I have a bad experience, I will also say it, but until now I just want to thank you for your attention, Marga and Zulema.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency in Elda and possibly in the region without a doubt. Unprofessional, thieves, and shameless. THEY KEEP THE MONEY from the deposits and despite agreeing to meet you at a certain time, they stand you up for someone they are more interested in meeting. I have never met a more unscrupulous and miserable person than the owner of this agency, Marga. I wouldn't be surprised if the business ends up failing, as the attention and treatment of customers is truly DISASTROUS. Obviously, this will be countered with a comment from the owner like: 'only those who don’t really know us or the business will criticize us', but unfortunately, I have had the bad luck to know you and wish I hadn’t. Not at all recommended unless you want to waste time and money, letting a bunch of clowns take advantage of your trust. A true injustice that they have more than one star on Google, possibly because they have asked friends and acquaintances to leave good reviews.

Negative experience: I thought they were a serious company and without having read the reviews beforehand, I realized that they are very untrustworthy and play with people's needs. It has been 15 days since they told me over WhatsApp that they would send me a video of the apartment so I could see it, since I couldn't travel 350km to see it, and I was going to rent it blindly... Well, I'm still waiting for it. They left me on read when I thanked them and said I was waiting for the video... well, nothing. Thank goodness I didn’t pay any deposit... From the reviews I’m reading, they are quite shameless. So I thank you for not sending me any video and thus being able to find a better apartment at a better price.

Negative experience: The treatment they have with customers is terrible, their owner is a disaster at selling, telling her employee not to show one of her properties because it's a waste of time. They are better off closing and doing something else. They make you an appointment and at the scheduled time, they change it saying it can't be done just to show it to other people. What little seriousness this real estate agency has!

Fantastic experience: Muy buena atención, te ayudan y se implican en todo momento. Te informan sobre todo. Mi experiencia fue muy buena con ellas. Vendí mi casa en un tiempo récord. Nunca se lo dejare de agradecer todo lo que me ayudaron

Negative experience: si os gusta regalar vuestro dinero y trabajo, es el lugar indicado. Alquilan pisos suyos y cuando vas a entregarlo hacen lo imposible por inventar mil mentiras para quedarse con la fianza. Tna absurdo como que van los dos viendo lugares difernetes y no oyen lo que dice el otro y se contradicen. en mmi caso uno me decia que el sofa era nuevo y estaba estropeado y al momento llega la otra diciendo que el sofa estaba con fundas por la anterior inquilina. El cinismo en persona. Lo mas fuerte es que un colchon con bordes rojos que tenian, el rojo se quedó en lo blanco. en un lado de la cama y como no sabin que decir, el dueño me dijo que era mestruación en el colchon!!!!!!!! jamas me han insultado de esa manera tan grave. Solo digo que ojala la vida les devulva lo que hacen y que la vida es larga y no sabes nunca donde puedes estar. esta gente deberia saber esta lección de vida. Pero es gente que por ganar dinero se olvidan de ser personas

Negative experience: Personas deshonestas y sin escrúpulos. En la vida, para ganar dinero no todo se vale. Quedándose con el dinero de los demás, así cualquiera hace dinero. Experiencia horrible.

Negative experience: Cuidado con la dueña que si no le confirmas que le vas a adelnatar el precio de un alquiler queda contigo a una hora, te apunta en la agenda y despues te da planton para enseñarle el mismo piso a otros clientes que si le adelantan el dinero, me parece increible que pueda ser tan pesetera, Marga creo que se llamamba esa individua.
