Negative experience: It's worthless, the worst company I have ever encountered. There's a worker named Olga who is a scam; they lose the house keys, arrange meetings with people, and leave them waiting because she forgets to show the apartment. It's an embarrassment. Maybe I'm wrong to say that the company is bad, but people like that are not qualified to work. The worst disappointment.

Negative experience: My experience was bad. House bought in February 2021, according to them in perfect condition and ready to move in. Visually it is. Furniture that was included in the contract is missing, utilities that were supposed to be transferred according to the contract are disconnected (almost 2 weeks without water and €150 to reconnect), interior patio roof with water leaks (after consulting various experts, they told us that the whole roof must be replaced because it's going to collapse, €14,000 to fix it). One month after moving in, a gas leak (we were told that maintenance had never been done and the installation does not meet regulations), unpaid community fees... every time we asked them to contact the previous owners about problems we encountered, they said 'we will call you back' and never did... as intermediaries between the previous owners and us, in our case, they were useless. A nightmare of a house and terrible after-sales service.

Negative experience: I have lived in Puerto de Santa Maria since I was 3 years old (I was born in 89)… and it’s a shame what this has turned into. My husband and I went with an agent named Patricia to see an apartment for rent for 650 euros, which was missing wall sockets, nothing worked, and it was a complete mess. Neither the owner nor the real estate agency bothered to at least clean the windows, which looked pitiful and disgusting due to not being cleaned in several years. Even so, and despite the great need to rent, we told Patricia some conditions, and she assured us that she would call us once she spoke with the owner. I insisted again if she would call us, but she said she would do it (she really didn’t seem keen on renting us the place) and obviously, she hasn’t. Her response was that she hadn’t heard from us (after I sent her a message during the waiting time she marked saying: 'good morning, I was waiting for your call'). I hope and want to believe that it’s not that she doesn’t like her job, it’s just that it’s easy for her and at the prices they set. The treatment received is embarrassing, the houses, the prices, and the attitude of this real estate agent. The problem is not that she has no interest in renting us something because she has plenty of people, the problem is that it shows. We should all report this situation and have a bit more humanity and common sense. We will not return (only to file a complaint, to see if I at least meet the owner of this and the boss of Patricia) and no, we do not recommend her. It seems they are dedicated to selling and from what I read, without much success. Better other platforms and with individuals.

Negative experience: I called to visit a house for sale in Puerto de Santa Maria on a Monday. They agreed to call me to arrange a visit on Thursday since I have to travel from another city. I traveled and spent the whole day waiting for the call, which they never made. I find it disrespectful.

Negative experience: Mi pareja y yo queremos comprar una casa, vemos una que nos interesa pero le ofrecemos un precio inferior al que pone en venta. Nos llevamos 1 mes hablando y justo un día antes de ir a ver el inmueble nos dice que firmemos un contrato como para certificar que va a enseñarnos la casa por el tema del covid, pero cuando leemos el contrato nos ponía una cláusula de que en caso de ofrecer un precio inferior al ofertado tendríamos que pagar el 1% del valor de lo que le ofertamos. Nunca jamás volveremos a toparnos con esta agencia tan incompetente, que engañe a otro, a nosotros no. Pd: a los 4 meses me vuelven a llamar para preguntarme el por qué de la reseña mala, le digo todo y que hace 9 años también nos engañaron en la devolución de una señal que dimos para un piso (los propietarios se echaron para atrás, con lo cual nos tenían que devolver el doble de señal y solo nos devolvieron la parte nuestra y harta de pelear) así que si tengo que volver a estar con estos incompetentes, prefiero irme debajo de un puente.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia no ha sido tan estupenda. El piso cuando me lo entregaron, estaba en pésimas condiciones, sin contar que no se aseguraron de que todos los suministros estuvieran dados de alta (estuve 2 meses sin gas, gracias a su buena gestión). Cierto es, que el tema del suministro me lo arreglaron, pero no gracias a la persona que gestiono nuestro alquiler. Estoy bastante insatisfecha, y si en algún momento tengo que volver a buscar una vivienda de alquiler o compra, puedo asegurar que si puedo evitarlo, evitaré buscarlo con ellos, y si es estrictamente obligatorio hacerlo, con esa persona seguro que no.
