Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have used their services and I would always repeat. They do an impeccable job, they are delightful and efficient, and the best part is the advice they provide; they know very well how the market works to achieve the maximum benefit for the client. 10/10

Negative experience: I am writing this review because we arranged to view a rental property and they wanted us to sign a document to show us the property stating that we had to pay a monthly fee as a COMMISSION to the real estate agency, which is ILLEGAL. Even though they knew about it, they didn't care, and we left without visiting the property, wasting our time because we refused to sign the document, and without signing it, they wouldn't show it to us. It's worth filing a complaint against them.

Negative experience: I don't usually write a review, but today I was motivated by the lack of education, class, and word of a gentleman named Alberto (a worker at the real estate agency) and the seller in question (the father-in-law of the aforementioned). Besides not having any of those attributes, they are scammers and shameless... doing tricks until the end... be careful with this real estate agency; it's not that they work badly, it's just that they reach the point of wanting to deceive the client, and they couldn't do it with us, but surely someone will fall for it!

Negative experience: They deceived a friend of mine and rented the house to a .... who destroyed it in 4 months and washed their hands of it, treating her badly.

Negative experience: He llamado por teléfono para preguntar por un piso en un anuncio en idealista. La mujer que me ha atendido la llamada,nada profesional. Me ha dicho que el piso por el que pregunto(según en el anuncio,tiene 70metros cuadrados,dos dormitorios, baño,cocina,salón y una azotea privada de 30 metros cuadrados y 80.000€) la mujer me dice que el piso mide unos 42 metros cuadrados,ya habitación, porque la segunda habitación la metieron creo que en el salón,y que la azotea es muy pequeña,la cocina minúscula igual que todo el piso y que su precio es 88.000€ que no saben porque ponen otra cosa en el anuncio. Pero si es una inmobiliaria,se supone que el anuncio lo ponen ellos y además hay fotografías de 2 habitaciones,cocina, salón,cuarto de baño y de la azotea de 30 metros así que no sé qué pasa. Ponen anuncios falsos con fotos falsas y luego te piden más dinero por un piso peor. Además me ha hablado muy mal y me colgó sin decirme adiós ni gracias. Creo que no es nada profesional. Estaba interesada en comprar. Pero creo que con ellos no haré nada. No me dan confianza

Negative experience: Me citan y ya querían que firmara la hoja de visita de dos viviendas sin ni siquiera haber ido aún a verlas. Entiendo, tal y como me explicaron, que es la tónica habitual y que me compromete a pagar un porcentaje en caso de que comprara alguna de dichas casas. No entendimos que se obligue a ello, en primer lugar, como he dicho, sin verlas y en segundo lugar, sin necesitar ninguno de sus servicios. Por este motivo, no recomiendo nada esta inmobiliaria. Nos fuimos sin poder verlas.

Negative experience: No cumplen con su palabra, me mintieron diciéndome que era la primera en la lista para un alquiler y cuando es el día de la cita me llama para decirme que ya está alquilado, sin haberme informado antes. A día de hoy todavía estoy esperando que me llame. Malos profesionales.
