Un vrai bonheur car nous avons été pris en charge de A à Z : Ils ont travaillé main dans la main avec notre avocat pour la négociation du prix, la partie enregistrement chez le notaire et le changements de titulaire pour les contrats de fournitures, les déclarations pour les impôts de transmission etc.... Cuando decidí vender mi vivienda para comprar en otra ciudad, hable con ellos y en 20 dias tenia cerrada la venta y la compra de la otra vivienda, (no me lo podia creer) ellos se encargaron de todo, solo intervine para la firma en las notarias. Les estoy muy agradecida y los recomiendo al 100%.

Fantastic experience: He tratado con muchas agencias, en distintas localidades y puedo decir que he tenido bastante suerte ya que en la mayoría de ocasiones había quedado satisfecho con su trabajo. Después de conocer a Tular me he dado cuenta de que están muy por encima de lo que ofrecen las demás inmobiliarias. Me han asesorado en mis tres últimas operaciones: una venta, un alquiler y en la compra de mi actual vivienda. En ninguna otra operación se han encargado de todo el proceso, de principio a fin, como lo han hecho ellos. Me he ido quedando gratamente sorprendido porque ellos se encargan de gestionar TODO. En el caso de la venta les tocó terminar asesorando a la parte compradora porque su gestora era incapaz de llevar la operación con el ritmo y profesionalidad que lo hacían ellos. En el alquiler se encargan de todo, no tuve que hacer absolutamente ni una gestión ni un trámite que por la experiencia que había tenido con otras inmobiliarias creía que me correspondía a mí. En la compra de la nueva vivienda lo mismo. Un 10 en profesionalidad, experiencia, conocimiento del mercado… En el trato humano con la matrícula de honor me quedo corto, se nota la vocación de servicio a los demás.
