We added the bedding and final cleaning package. Great clean water tanks, heating, a quite spacious bathroom, dishes, and cooking utensils. They explained everything very well when we picked up the camper, in addition to sending us videos on how to use the important things. We used the pickup and delivery service at the airport; Rayco was very friendly and punctual, even though our flight was delayed. He also cared that we were fine and had no problems. Definitely worth repeating.

Fantastic experience: Hello :) We rented the Weinsberg van for 2 weeks at the end of October. We traveled through northern Spain from Barcelona, with our furry companion. The attention and information both via phone (before booking) and in person (to pick it up and return it) with Rayko was top-notch. The van is great, super new. Comfortable and spacious for all the resources it has, of course. Everything worked well, we didn't have any problems. Well equipped both in the kitchen and the bathroom, and with outdoor chairs, awning, etc. We enjoyed the experience a lot, as it was the first time we rented a van and knowing that Rayko was just a phone call away for any questions made us feel very calm. We are sure we will repeat it ✌

Fantastic experience: We just arrived in Menorca from Barcelona. We rented a camper van from Van Van Go for the first time and we are super happy and satisfied with the experience. Rayco's attention was impeccable from the first moment to the last (today they even returned the deposit to us even though we forgot some kitchenware in a place! What a bummer...). The detail of picking us up and taking us to the airport, adapting absolutely to our flight schedule and without any price increase for this service was a 10. Punctual and very nice. The place where the camper van is parked is 5 minutes from the airport. The explanations about how the camper van works and how to use everything more efficiently were very good and useful, and always at our disposal for any questions during the trip. The truth is that we didn't have any setbacks nor did we need to call the company, but we felt very calm about it since Rayco was very friendly and nice at all times and it was clear that we could count on him. We were a little worried about the cold at night in Andorra, on the slopes, but not at all! The heating is very efficient and comfortable, and we didn't even use the first gas bottle of the two they provided us during our 7 days/6 nights out. We showered with very warm water and used the bathroom and kitchen with 2 adults and a child, with the necessary care but without depriving ourselves of comfort at any time. If someone ran out of hot water in 15 minutes, the heater had hot water ready again. Another point in favor is that there is no limitation on kilometers or price increase after a certain number of kilometers. There are other companies that seem cheaper, but if you study the extras included by Van Van Go and those from others, they are undoubtedly the best in terms of quality-price. The team of chairs and table is also high quality and for 6 people, because if you meet friends out there, the extra stools come in very handy. In summary, we will definitely repeat! When going on vacation with family, we think it’s best not to take risks!

Trato cercano y humano en el momento del alquiler y en la devolución. La autocaravana estaba prácticamente nueva, con pocos kms y muy bien cuidada. La verdad que es un buen lugar dónde alquilar la autocaravana para disfrutar sin límites.

The caravan we traveled with was the Elnagh Baron 26, a caravan with all the necessary comforts and practically new, impeccable! It handled our route through Andorra and a few towns in France from Barcelona, a real machine! Once you get the hang of it, using it is super easy and comfortable, apart from the super useful videos that Rocío and Rayco sent us explaining everything perfectly. Moreover, from the very first moment, Rocío and Rayco have treated us wonderfully, super attentive, friendly, and available for anything we needed. El modelo que cogimos era para 4 personas, muy bien distribuido el espacio, la autocaravana incluye: -Mesa y sillas (tipo camping) -Menaje de cocina(platos, vasos, cubiertos, olla y sartén) -Kit de limpieza (bolsa de basura, bayetas, estropajo y jabón para los platos, escoba recogedor..) -Kit de bienvenida (agua, café, leche, infusiones...). También puedes contratar ropa de cama y servicio de limpieza(no incluido en el precio) La nevera para ser una autocaravana es bastante amplia. Y consta de 2 camas de matrimonio, y bastante sitio de almacenaje! Muchas gracias a Rayco por la atención y el servicio de 10 que nos dio tanto a la recogida como a la entrega del vehículo. La autocaravana para ser nuestra primera vez para repetir muy cómoda equitada de todo cocina , baño, sillas mesas, para camping, trastero muchos armarios para guardar las cosas durante el viaje. Lleva placa solas y en 8 días no nos hizo falta enchufarnos a la luz una pantalla con la capacidades de agua y luz . Todo muy bien preparado y acondicionado para viajar. Volveríamos a repetir con ellos sin duda Muy aconsejable. Muchas gracias por todo.

Fantastic experience: We have travelled to Europe from the United States over a dozen times and always rent a campervan. It's our transportation and lodging in one package and has always made sense for us. I can honestly say that renting from Van Van Go Barcelona has been the best experience we've had over our many rentals. Rayco was incredibly accomodating and professional and was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the rental. The campervan itself was the nicest we've ever rented and was incredibly clean. Fantastic experience: Gran experiencia! Nos recogió Rayco en el aeropuerto y nos llevó de vuelta el último día, cosa que se valora mucho cuando llevas todo el día de viaje. La autocaravana estaba nueva y tenía todo tipo de detalles, lo que facilitó mucho nuestras primeras vacaciones en autocaravana.
