Negative experience: Impossible to contact by phone. Abusive fees: they take 10% + VAT and they also want to charge you €200 to make the contract. Their justification is that it has to be done by an advisory service, but that should be included in their fees and services as a real estate agency; it would be ridiculous for the client to also have to pay for the paperwork. In addition, they ask for 3 months of deposit. In summary, to get into a rental apartment, you have to make a disbursement of €4000, of which €1300 goes to the real estate agency for showing you the apartment. What a business.
