Negative experience: They manage the apartments of Sareb, but they abandon them and do not maintain them. Not only do they allow their assets to deteriorate, but also the community in which they are located. They ruin the lives of the neighbors of the apartments they manage. It is a mafia-like impunity to manage and then abandon these assets. Bad people who allow this impunity, and accomplices who work with them. They are the cancer of any community in which they have an asset.
Negative experience: Beware of Anticipa. 10 months ago we made a deposit of 3000 euros with a reservation agreement for 3 months. 10 months later we still haven't received the apartment and we have no guarantee of when they will give it to us. The area sales representative is acting clueless. Make sure to get a promise contract in which they commit to deliver the property within the stipulated timeframe in the reservation agreement, and ask for a simple note from the Property Registry to know if the property has any significant charges.
Negative experience: Known for abusive practices against tenants and for trying to scam clients. The worst of all must be the people behind this farce who, despite knowing what they do to others, continue with it. Regrettable.

Negative experience: The worst type of seller....I tried to buy an apartment in Madrid for the last two months. The apartment was shown to me by ROAN inmobiliaria so be careful on the contract you're signing on (Arras or Reserva) if the seller is Anticipa o Nimrais SL (same thing). All went smooth with the bank who agreed to the loan and well with ROAN who were handling the communication. Be careful with them as well as they know and keep silent about the ways things will go. In the last 48 hours before signing "escritura" they told me the vendor is not goin to pay the debts the apartment had (12000 euros community and 2500 euros IBI) and that they will make a special clause in the contract making them responsible. From what I've seen in the reviews they never pay...Also, they started asking for more papers in these 48 hours about the money. Had an account abroad which I liquidated and sent all money to SPAIN (so already in a Spanish account and checked by the bank before agreeing with the loan). They started asking for all entries from more than 10 years ago and since the account was a savings account I didn't have all the entries. I did provide the documentation of the account being liquidated with all the proof that it belonged to me...still. Now with the lawyer will try to get the "senal" back. Just be careful and stay away they're a "fondo buitre".
Negative experience: I met with the sales representative María B. to look at some parking spaces they advertised 'for small cars,' and after meeting her there, she told me that the advertisement was wrong and that they were for motorcycles. I also asked her to tell me how much the property tax and community fees were, and she told me twice that she would check it, and I am still waiting. They made me waste my time for nothing. Pure improvisation. I find them to be unreliable, especially for purchasing a property or something similar.
Negative experience: SHAMEFUL. Once and no more. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company. They give false information, do not respond to complaints, and the customer service department is terrible. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

We booked a visit appointment for today, Monday, May 13, over the phone. Then the area agent, named Adriana, gets in touch with me. She tells me that the visit is canceled because she doesn't have the keys, and that she would let me know when she does. Later, she mentions that she would come by to send me some photos, but immediately after, she puts excuses about the condition it's in and whether we've had any advice. I tell her that we already know what's there and we're interested in visiting it. Then she suggests tomorrow, Tuesday the 14th, since she can't do Monday (which is strange since she already had an appointment with us). We confirm that Tuesday works perfectly, and she says she will notify us the day before to confirm the appointment. Seeing that she doesn't say anything, I write to her at 8:41 PM to confirm, and she responds that she just verified it and has an approved offer, so the visit is canceled. I think this girl has little desire to work and sell, to be honest. First, she says she doesn't have the keys, second, that she will send photos (which she never did), and then it seems she doubts our interest and starts asking if we are advised, etc., when we are already informed about everything. It's a pity because if she had convinced us during the visit, we would have already confirmed the purchase. In the end, we are going to look at another real estate agency, which is surely more serious and competent than this one.
Negative experience: Cold-friendly treatment during the purchase attempt until unfortunately I had to give up due to lack of mortgage financing. In Catalonia, it is law to return the reservation money in this case. I claimed it many times and they denied it, with long waiting times for a response. Negative experience: Horrible the treatment received from the advisor Bruno Morales. We scheduled today at 11:00 to see the property located at 53 Bruseles Street. After half an hour of waiting, I call him and he tells me he is in a meeting and that after my insistence, he answers. I tell him that I am waiting for him and he tells me that he will not be able to come, that there has been a misunderstanding on his part. Later, I tell him that from where he is to where I am with my parents on Bruselas Street, there are 30 minutes that I am waiting for him. He tells me that he will not be able to come today. Negative experience: Useless and incapable of keeping an agenda. They have a chaos going on with other real estate agencies that are just as useless or even more so than they are. They have stood me up for a viewing three times now. The salesperson doesn't even show up for the appointment. Doesn't respond to WhatsApps, doesn't answer calls.
