Fantastic experience: I am seeing some bad reviews and I find it very unfair that such trivial things are rated so poorly, putting the work of the staff at risk, a company that from my own experience, and after 18 years in contact with them, I have never had any problems but they have always made everything easy for me without letting go of my hand once the contract was signed. I can't say the same about the first real estate agency I bought my apartment from (very well-known and one of the few that existed in El Prat 18 years ago) which, due to their poor management, I had to pay the consequences. Since then, everything has been managed by Isabel (Imoprat) and over all these years, they have always carefully chosen my tenants with whom I have been very happy. Now I have had to rent my elderly mother's apartment and in this case, Gustavo, taking charge of my personal situation, is getting involved in things that would be my responsibility and not theirs, which is why I want to make it clear in this review how grateful I am for everything they are doing for us. You are a fabulous team and I will never be able to thank you enough for everything you have done and continue to do for me. Thank you very much...... ♥️♥️

Negative experience: Poor advice when drafting the rental contract as a landlord. They do not properly verify the tenant's data, and then they wash their hands of it. The classic business of 'EVERYTHING FOR MONEY, AND SCRATCHING THEIR BELLY'. No comments, terrible service. And well, since the real estate agency explains things, I’ll give you 5 cents of what they did to me. Regarding contract advice: they told me that the deposit was 2 months. False, you can demand whatever you want, and later I realized that they destroyed my apartment: broken blinds, shattered bathroom screen, a damaged bedroom door, theft of a sofa and dryer, other small terrace and bedroom furniture. No advice was requested, not even a contract for an apartment that the tenants owned and rented, nor work history to know the professional regularity, something that indicates solvency, nor was a bank guarantee requested. Rental insurance? They told me that 95% of the time it was throwing money away, and based on their recommendation and their theory, the tenants had passed the filters of this real estate agency’s headquarters. I also requested to add to the contract an annual inspection visit, something allowed in any rental contract, and they told me that it was illegal. Regarding Incasol, this is strong, they told me it was only a guarantee for the tenants, and that it was not mandatory as long as I was responsible for the money. The references from previous tenants were false. More things: the tenants sublet rooms, and just that means keeping the deposit which barely covers anything. And well, that’s the professional advice I received, and according to other real estate sources, it seems we needed to align objectives for their end-of-month balance sheet, and since there was a scarcity of properties, they either did it recklessly so that another realtor wouldn’t take it. Anyway, if you don’t believe me, ask around El Prat and see what they say about this Inmo, because here the only affected party is me, and the only thing this Inmo did was mediate for them to leave my property due to breach of contract. Something they also did wrong when drafting the exit contract. And I’ll stop here because it’s all surreal. And as they say, either you’re worth it or you have to sell whatever you can....
