The "duplex apartment" that they have in Gavà DOES NOT COUNT AS A RESIDENCE, don’t let them deceive you as they almost did with us, we signed a deposit with them and at the last moment we realized that!!!!!! They didn’t tell us anything, they let us sign knowing what they knew. Obviously, the bank doesn’t give a mortgage for that apartment, don’t fall for it!!!!!! IN THE CATASTRO IT ONLY COUNTS AS RESIDENTIAL THE LOWER FLOOR (39m2), THE UPSTAIRS IS A STORAGE ROOM. They have not given us any explanation, no apology, NOTHING! It’s a disgrace. They made us waste time and hope. RESPONSE: There is no doubt or misunderstanding, that’s why as soon as we posted the review you deleted the ad and called us to say that you felt very sorry for what had happened. Accept that you made a mistake, that you didn’t accept a single bad review. One must know how to admit when one is wrong, it will benefit your business.

Negative experience: Today I accompanied my mother-in-law to see two properties for sale in El Prat de Llobregat, and we received treatment that was dreadful, abusive, and completely lacking in manners from the gentleman who was supposed to show them to us. He arrived late and greeted us trying to be funny, which was completely out of place. He then continued to insult us because the questions my mother-in-law asked did not seem to meet his intellectual level, ultimately refusing to show us that property or any other. Never in my 46 years have I experienced such treatment from a complete stranger who was only supposed to show a property and answer our questions. Well... with the response received, I see that they are all of the same ilk. Mr. Carlos had no right to insult when he was treated with respect at all times.

Nosotros alquilamos un piso a través de esta agencia y desde el primero momento han sido super profesionales, no solo explicándonos todo con mucha claridad y transparencia si no también ayudándonos con la antigua agencia y casero con los que tuvimos algún problemilla. En el anterior piso que estuvimos, el casero era despreocupado y la anterior agencia solo la vimos para pagarles y firmar... En cambio Periañez se encargó de explicarnos que esto era una relación y que cualquier cosa que nos pasara, se lo comunicaramos. Karla en especial ha sido un gran apoyo en el proceso de cambio de piso de alquiler. Y por otro lado decir que hemos tenido mucha suerte también con el casero.
