Negative experience: The experience was terrible!!! They ignore you, have abusive fees, and do not return your calls.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of scammers. They tried to swindle me with an apartment in Palomeras Bajas. The salespeople toyed with the apartment prices and demanded extra money under the table for some furniture that the owner was leaving aside. Do not trust them. They are very shady.

Fantastic experience: Brutal very good service and professionalism

Negative experience: I do not recommend it to anyone, they intend to charge the buyer a commission of at least €6,000, it seems abusive to me, on top of that the seller tries to convince you that it is a normal practice. I would like to see the contract they make with the seller...........

Negative experience: HORRIBLE!!!! The service is terrible and fraudulent, lacking transparency! They use shouting and rude responses when something is raised that does not align with their plans. They only think about their commission. They hide offers to keep the money. In my experience, the sellers of the apartment I bought stole €2000 from me.

Negative experience: No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo... Un mínimo de comisión al comprador de 4000€ y te enseñan la vivienda con unos muebles y unos electrodomésticos, que entran dentro del precio de la vivienda ( frigoríficos, camas, aires acondicionados portátiles...) Y te la entregan con una cama que no se encuentra ni en el punto limpio, un frigorífico antiguo y mil veces peor que el que has visto y se llevan los aires acondicionados. Cuando reclamas que lo que te han dejado no es lo que has visto, te dicen que lo hagas por vía judicial, que ellos no te van a devolver nada.... Así que pensarlo muy bien antes de hacer negocios con ellos

Negative experience: Daniel es una persona muy poco seria. Llevo un mes intentado visitar un inmueble que estoy interesado comprar y no me ha sido posible. Me ha cambiado la cita que teníamos cerrada en tres ocasiones con poco preaviso y finalmente he desistido en el intento. Desde luego si yo fuera el propietario de ese piso no creo que estuviera muy contento con los servicios de una inmobiliaria que no es capaz de enseñar mi piso en un mes a un cliente que está interesado en comprarlo.
