Negative experience: I went to tell them that I had an apartment for rent and I am still waiting for your call, but YOU NO LONGER NEED TO CALL ME because at TECNOCASA they received and attended to me with the utmost interest and I rented the apartment with maximum guarantees by contracting a DEFAULT INSURANCE with a GUARANTOR.

They ask you for 4 upfront payments, including two deposits (legally only one is necessary, claim the second) and they sneak in a hidden agency fee. They tell you it’s for services (that you don’t need). Their excuse is that they provide legal advice, that they change rates, etc. Gentlemen, legal advice about what? If I have a problem in the housing and I have to report you, do you self-report yourselves? The legal advice needed is how to report them to proceed with the corresponding refund of the hidden agency fee, something for which you already have facua behind you, by the way. For anyone who wants to rent with these undesirable people, the procedure is: go along with it, request an invoice for everything or pay by transfer indicating exactly what you are paying for, for example: mandatory service of hidden agency fee. Once you have those documents, go immediately to consumer protection or file the complaint through the website and request the refund of the amount + a fine for the company. Let's see if we learn to stop abusing and to comply with the law.
