Negative experience: Scavengers and harassers

Negative experience: The woman who attended us is either ignorant or wanted to deceive us. We wanted to rent a storage unit, and she said it was four square meters. We believed her and said it seemed fine to us. We gave her a deposit for one month and were going to make the contract later. But in the following days, we went to measure it, and it was two with eighty square meters. We told her, and she said that's how it is, that it was our fault, and she continued insisting it was 4 square meters. She got angry when we told her, and we said she could measure it if she didn't believe us. She responded that she knew how to do her job and we didn't have to tell her how to do it. We tried to explain to her that the measurements weren't correct, but she didn't want to listen and spoke to us very rudely and with superiority. She also told us that we had spoiled the nice day she was having. As if it didn't bother us that it wasn't what was stated in the ad (on Wallapop). We returned the keys, but she kept the deposit. Moreover, she treated us as ignorant, saying that the four square meters were the height × width × length. Which is not true; those are cubic meters, something she should know when renting or selling a property. This is, more or less, a summary of what happened, and I tried to be as respectful as possible when writing this review, although from my point of view, she doesn't deserve it for lying to us and calling us liars. She said more things that would anger anyone, and just thinking about it makes me feel bad. I have a screenshot of the ad with the price and square meters in case she calls us liars again. We are going to file a complaint.

Negative experience: I do not recommend the real estate service at all. They proposed a visit time, I confirmed it, and when I called after waiting 15 minutes on the street at 8 PM, they told me that 'there was already someone interested' and 'the property was blocked until a few days later.' It should be noted that they charge the tenant a month's fee for 'management,' I hope it is better management than what I have received. Their manners leave much to be desired.

Negative experience: Beware! Scammers. They only want your money. Be careful if the interested parties are elderly people: they take advantage of desperation and ignorance. It’s better not to talk about the 'character' who runs it. I am convinced that I am not the only person they have deceived. If you are another one, please contact me. Today it has been you; tomorrow they will do it to someone else. And if you are looking for a real estate agency or this type of management, look for another one, really, for your mental health.
