Negative experience: I had the 'pleasure' of dealing with Eduardo and Dani, and I am leaving one star out of mere courtesy. My experience with them has been a disaster: aside from resulting in an increased cost for the house purchase without any added value, the process was horrible. First of all, they tried to push me to finance through their financial company, Kirón, whose contract template I would have liked to attach but Google did not allow me. It included a clause that locked the financing with them, forcing you to pay their fees (they wanted to ask for 5%) if you end up financing with a different entity. They made me go on a Saturday morning and, in the presence of four salespeople, two of whom were the ones mentioned, sign that ridiculous contract on the spot. I did not do it, which made the relationship with them quite difficult until the mortgage signing. Later, they gave me a ridiculous earnest money contract template, a description not by me but by my lawyer from my legal insurance. I ended up providing the template of that contract, a document more in line with the law. In other words, I ended up doing their job. Not only that, but they also ensured that the contract specified that I would lose the earnest money if I did not receive the financing. According to them, a benefit only granted to those who sign with their financial company Kirón. Apart from countless calls at odd hours, they seem not to understand that one has to work to pay their fees. I felt they tried to take away my right as a buyer to choose the notary, attempting to assign a notary of their convenience. I also refused this. In addition, they wanted to draft the purchase agreement with the notary themselves, which I also refused. Moreover, they demanded payment of fees before the purchase, at the time of signing the earnest money. Something I could have perfectly claimed; the object of my contract with them is the intermediation for the purchase of the property. As long as there is no purchase, there is no object of the contract. This, in addition to having charged, provided zero incentives for them to do their job correctly. Overall, it was quite uncomfortable dealing with them throughout the process, but even after the purchase, disagreements continued. The former sellers thought I should pay the electricity and gas bills for the property before the purchase. Again, persistent calls demanding payment for something that was not my responsibility; they limited themselves to being a transmission belt for the previous owners' idea, knowing full well that they had no right. The joke cost me 10,000 euros with zero added value. This was just the fees for the sale; it would have been another 12,000 for the 'intermediation' if I had contracted the loan through their financial company. I know from sellers that on top of charging this outrageous amount to the buyer, they also take a big cut from the seller. My recommendation to sellers: do not hire Tecnocasa; it increases the product's cost without adding any value whatsoever. Addendum 20/8/2024: in response to your childish and puerile comment, my ratings on Google are in line with my experience: good, bad, and in-between. I gave you the worst possible rating that Google allows, and I think one star is an excess of kindness. If I left you a bad rating, there must be a reason for it. Furthermore, I have detailed why my rating is poor.

You respond to the review with an absurd comment; if all companies did as you do, going door to door informing about the market and offering their services, would you think that's fine?
