Negative experience: Terrible intermediaries in Coslada, the salespeople hide information as it suits them, playing with the signing dates of the contracts. Abusive commission, irregularities, and insecurity... Very unprofessional for such a large purchase.

Negative experience: Seriousness. We didn't ask for more. We arranged with Amir to visit an apartment, and in the end, we couldn't because he didn't respond to finalize the time for the visit. After 5 days without a response, we went to the place and to our surprise, the apartment was already sold. Moreover, instead of apologizing for his 'forgetfulness', he excuses himself saying he had a lot on his plate. Terrible attitude and attention. I hope the franchisor reads this review and knows how his employees treat customers.

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to write reviews, but I have to do it because of how my parents were treated in the sale of their home. I wanted to highlight the professionalism, the good work, and the kind and human treatment that David and Cristian, two people who work at this real estate agency, had with my parents and me. From the first day until days after the sale of the house, they were with us at all times, answering any questions and handling all the paperwork, which nowadays can be quite tedious due to a lack of knowledge. I also want to emphasize the speed with which they found a buyer, always respecting the timelines and privacy of the sellers (my parents). Because of all of this, I feel obligated to write this text because even though sometimes someone has a bad experience with another real estate agency, not all have to be the same. Negative experience: Un tal Federico, comercial de Red Piso, llama inventado información con técnica engañosa y declinando su oferta amenaza diciendo que hará todo lo posible porque mi piso no se venda. Si cambio de opinión desde luego con esta agencia no será. A eso se llama extorsión y chantaje. Que pena de ganarse la vida a través de engaños y mentiras. No todo vale!

Positive experience: Comerciales agresivos que se valen de técnicas de ventas engañosas. No estará tan bien el mercado inmobiliario cuando hacen uso de artimañas de dudosa moral. Entre ellas no publicar fotografías que perjudiquen la venta o no informando del estado del edificio. Puntuó con un tres porque entiendo que están presionados y su trabajo es vender.
