Negative experience: On Friday, August 4th, a person interested in the property came and made the reservation on Monday, August 7th, agreeing that the contract would be formalized on August 28th. The problem arises when both people working at the real estate agency (one of them the owner) go on vacation at the same time without managing or preparing the necessary documentation (they were supposed to take care of everything... False). The most incredible thing happens when we call the owner multiple times, and she ends up hanging up on us and then eventually turning off her phone. We understand that they are on vacation (both at the same time), something they argue a thousand times as if that exempts them from the responsibility they took on by agreeing that the rental contract would be formalized on August 28th. During the rest of the year, we are unaware of their level of commitment, but during the summer, you better not carry out any management. We believe, mainly on the part of the owner, that they have exhibited a completely unprofessional attitude, totally unworthy of any trust, and of course, we do not recommend carrying out any real estate transaction with them at all. In response to your defense, I will simply say that if you close for three weeks in August, it’s as simple as not agreeing to sign a contract for the end of August. It’s as easy as that instead of keeping us all in suspense.

Negative experience: I went to see a chalet letting them know my budget, I liked it but once I saw it, the price was not negotiable under the conditions I set from the beginning. They were only interested in proving that they generate visits and in selling insurance for cars and homes. I felt deceived and used.
