Negative experience: They told us they had sold our apartment, and we blocked it so they could manage the sale. Then they said that the buyer had backed out despite having made the reservation. The fair thing and what the law states is that the reservation is for the owner who has blocked the apartment, and the agency passes on its fees, with documents and invoices. In this case, they kept all the reservation money claiming it was for their fees, according to them €500..., it is usually more given the apartment's value of €300k. We requested invoices and reservation documents and they did not provide them despite having the audios and notes in which they tell us they charged the reservation. Unfortunately, in this case, a lack of professionalism.
Lamentamos que no pudiésemos consumar la venta de su propiedad y que su experiencia con nosotros no fuese la habitual de nuestros clientes ni la que hubiésemos deseado sin duda alguna. Efectivamente no les cobramos honorario alguno por nuestras gestiones dado que la venta no llegó a buen puerto, lo que no obsta a que pretendiésemos recuperar parte de los gastos que tuvimos en dicha gestión. Aunque no quisieran aceptarlo en su momento, una cosa es no cobrar honorarios y otra muy distinta es que además tengamos que poner dinero de nuestro bolsillo para beneficio de terceros. Reciban nuevamente una disculpa por no haber satisfecho las necesidades y un atento saludo. O'Donell Finques

We perfectly know how the refund procedures for deposits work. But we also believe that someone who is fair, honest, and loyal must be impartial and act as a witness when any of your clients attempts to act in bad faith against someone who is being honest, and not offer support and benefits to such 'people'. Only stepping up to collect fees and contracts, and when it's time to stand up, you wash your hands speaks volumes about your principles as a company and as people. In this case, thanks... for nothing. Personally, I do wish you luck in your journey, as you will surely need it. Your style, a bit more hidden than ours, will at some point also expose you as it has in this case with me.
