Negative experience: Terrible experience. Mr. Adonay was the salesperson for this operation who informed me that the surface of the property would be repaired, which was budgeted and in progress, a condition for the purchase of the apartment due to its unhealthiness, and that after the purchase it was not remedied. I have messages and audio as support, but when collecting the commission of €5000, I was told by the real estate agency that it no longer concerns them. Now I realize that all the work or help was exclusively for me to buy; 'they are only interested in collecting the commission'—nothing friendly or empathetic. The management says one thing and the real estate agency says another, continuously throwing the ball. Not recommended real estate agency, and if you do transactions with them, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing. A disappointment in the purchase of an apartment. Gimena, in response, I will tell you that the owner's son was the one who told me to do it without you, without the agency. As for everything else, I have support of audios and messages regarding the management, so I am well calm. You just wanted to close the sale and you have succeeded; enjoy the money you earned at my expense. It's a shame that something special turned into a disaster. Honest people say that the supplies are not up to date since I had to activate and pay for them; honest people say that you already knew the problem with the management and you passed it on after the sale.
