Negative experience: A scam to rent an apartment through this real estate agency. They want to charge you a fee for advising the tenant (€2870), aside from the deposit, guarantee, and current month, which is the logical thing. The management fee since May 2023 is paid by the owner. Then they pressure you and tell you they can cut that fee in half. With mistakes while 'advising you about the parking spaces' and more that I prefer not to mention. Anyway... I do not recommend.

Positive experience: I have known almost the entire team for years. On this occasion, we could not meet the first objective I desired, but we did meet the second. I emphasize the kindness, professionalism, and empathy of Jessica and Andrea, due to their great problem-solving ability and their effort to help me. It was a pleasure to deal with you.

Negative experience: Terrible. I'm giving them 1 star because that's the minimum. They took my phone number from a property sale ad and have been calling me continuously for a month now, (some days they've even called me 2 times) to manage the sale. I've blocked several of their numbers and they keep calling me from other ones... Everyone tells me they will take a note so I won't be called again, but they keep calling, some of them asking quite aggressively and demanding explanations as to why I don't want their services... I think you need to review your commercial strategy, because if one day I need help from a real estate agency, I won't ask you, and mind you, you're very close to my house. Either you get your act together with managing your contacts or the next step will be to go to the consumer protection office, because I'm fed up with you. Take care.

Negative experience: Es una inmobiliaria que utiliza técnicas que considero muy poco adecuadas para vender un piso. Mientras que estaba en proceso de compra todo fueron buenas palabras y formas. Cuando he terminado la transacción con ellos, se encontraron problemas en el piso. Al intentar informar, se han eximido de cualquier responsabilidad, pasándole todos los problemas al dueño del piso, parte vendedora y han tenido una actitud arrogante y prepotente negándose a tratar conmigo, a hablar o a encontrar una solución conjunta y mediadora para ambas partes. He sufrido lo que en mi opinión es un proceso de venta irregular puesto que me han vendido un piso totalmente reformado y con todos los servicios al día no solo a través de la publicidad, sino durante el proceso de venta en el que insistí mucho en conocer cuál era el estado del piso. El día de la entrega al hacer la revisión de la electricidad por una electricista, me doy cuenta de que es de que la instalación no cumple la normativa actual BOE 842/2002, del 2 de agosto. He tratado de encontrar una solución conjunta para ver cómo se podía resolver, pero la respuesta ha sido literalmente “¿Quién ha firmado las escrituras? Nosotros no ¿verdad? Pues no tenemos nada que ver”. Es increíble que una empresa que se encarga de ofrecer un servicio de compra-venta actúe de esta forma. Siempre se puede encontrar una solución mediadora. Obviamente, no se puede resolver ni mediar con una empresa que presenta una cara amable para cobrar y desaparecen cuando tienen que gestionar un problema, incluso si fuese un malentendido, en ningún caso es la actitud ni el servicio adecuado que debe ofrecer ninguna inmobiliaria. Dado que tengo pruebas de todo esto, esta reseña no quedará aquí y se procederá a ir consumo para que revisen el caso y si consideran que hay infracción procedan a iniciar el proceso legal que corresponda, como consumidor, es la única vía que he encontrado de comunicación con esta empresa y sólo me queda informar a las autoridades de este tipo de comportamiento.

Negative experience: Iniciamos la gestión de la compra de un inmueble que no se correspondía con las características mencionadas por Fincas Blanco La documentación de la propiedad no era correcta y un largo etc muy vergonzoso…. La Sra. Teresa Salamanca al “tratar” de explicarnos la situación de dicha propiedad siempre mantuvo su actitud prepotente a más no poder, sin facilitar ningún tipo de documentación escrita, siempre de boca y con un cambio de discurso e información respecto a la situación de la vivienda que nos generó una falta de credibilidad brutal. A parte de la falta de profesionalidad de la persona que contactaba con nosotros con su metodología persuasiva explicando una situación personal que no nos interesaba. Por suerte pudimos recurrir a un buen abogado que nos solucionó el problema ocasionado por estas personas tan opacas en su gestión. Tan solo podría recomendar esta empresa a personas que se asemejen a la personalidad de esta Sra. A la gente con honradez mejor que se busquen otra Finca.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia como posible inquilino de una vivienda: Visito el piso, me gusta y contacto con ellos para los siguientes pasos. Me indican con mucha prisa de hacer la reserva del piso ya que hay otra persona muy interesado en él. Les pregunto que si hago la reserva se bloquea el piso hasta que la propiedad decida si me lo adjudican o no, me contestan que sí (pero que seguirán haciendo visitas). Hago la reserva a tiempo y resulta que al cabo de unos días me comentan que finalmente el piso se lo adjudican a una pareja que también había hecho la reserva, lo cual me desconcierta ya que no es lo que me habían indicado desde el inicio. Mienten y ocultan información. Decepcionante.

Fantastic experience: Esta ha sido mi experiencia con Fincas Blanco de Cornella: Contacté con ellos para ver un piso que nos gustó, fuimos a verlo con su comercial Miguel, y decidimos reservar para hacer una oferta a la baja esa misma tarde, era una venta complicada ya que los propietarios no viven en Catalunya y la negociación, demás tramites para su compra sería mas lenta, pero no tuvimos inconveniente así que aceptamos. Tras unos días sin saber respuesta de los propietarios por nuestra oferta nos surgió la posibilidad de ver otro piso en la misma zona con otra inmobiliaria, aceptamos verlo. Por circunstancias de la vida, tras más de un año y medio buscando piso sin encontrar lo que queríamos resulta que también nos gusta el que vemos con la otra agencia. Enseguida nos ponemos en contacto con Miguel para explicarle la situación, queremos agradecer, tanto a él, cómo a Teresa Salamanca la empatía y comprensión en todo momento hacia nosotros, ya que al final compramos el otro piso que vimos con la otra agencia y no el de ellos, devolviendo nuestra reserva integra, algo a lo que no están obligados y entendiendo perfectamente nuestro caso. No hemos comprado con ell@s pero el trato humano ha sido exquisito en todo momento, he omitido más detalles para abreviar esta reseña y no aburrir. Gracias de corazón.
