Negative experience: If you want to rent your home or be a tenant, you will be interested to know about the series of scams they tried to pull on me, from rent increases out of nowhere (which of course I didn’t pay because fortunately the law protects me against such theatrics), to taking a long time to respond when something was asked or the cherry on top: they proposed to renew the lease at the maximum allowed by law, but in order to benefit from it, I supposedly had to buy the owners' furniture so that this purchase would reflect and WHITEWASH the increased money that they could not legally demand from me. I wonder how much the owners knew about this; perhaps they were unaware of this trickery. Since I did not agree to this, they decided not to renew my lease. Fortunately, before the news, I already had other plans for months. I have a lot to say, but there’s no room for it here. Do you know what does fit? The lack of professionalism of this company that one day is called Finques Tradeser, another SECI finques, another Seci asesores… as it's little, it fits anywhere.

Negative experience: Te dicen que todo muy fácil y sencillo pero no te dan fecha definitiva de firma ni datos de pagos por gestión. Ni mucho menos por escrito. Cuando nos falta un día para poder firmar y hacer una mudanza expréss van y nos sueltan que hay que firmar un contrato con fecha previa al día de la firma para que no nos ampare la nueva ley de alquileres. Estafadores sin mas.

Negative experience: Trato de confianza nefasto,leer bien contrato y tener todo por escrito,el gerente no da la cara ,solo gestiones con llamadas para que no quede por escrito,mentirosos y ladrones
