He tomado tres citas, con el departamento de hipotecas y, en un día han fallado las tres. El día siguiente ocurrió exactamente lo mismo. Finalmente cuando conseguí hablar telefónicamente con ellos, fueron capaz de decirme si podía llamar más tarde, que estaban tomando un café ☕ Departamento de hipotecas nefasto. Algo más disponible y profesional el departamento comercial.

Negative experience: Una panda de jetas y sinvergūenzas. No creo que sirva de nada enviaros un correo. Mis quejas son sobre las tácticas comerciales demasiado agresivas, las malas maneras en la negociación, las mentiras, las visitas fake y las amenazas con interponer demandas en mi contra sin motivo alguno. Edición posterior: ok, pues si no soy cliente, devolvedme las comisiones que me habéis cobrado.

Negative experience: Fuimos a informarnos sobre una nueva construcción, la atención fue bastante mala, salimos de allí con una sabor de boca un pco amargo y bastante desmotivados. El chico no paraba de decirnos insistentemente que que otra pregunta teníamos y se limitó a contestar las 3 preguntas que le hicimos sin apenas explicarnos nada. Parecía que tubiera prisa o simplemente por vernos jóvenes no le interesariamos, fuera prejuicios. A pesar de todo, nos interesamos en esa y otra vivienda dando una segunda oportunidad y pedimos tener otra cita más, nos dijeron que se pondrían en contacto con nosotros.. Ya habrá pasado cosa de 1 mes y no hemos recibido respuesta. Posterior a esto he visitado otros centros los cuales el trato no ha tenido nada que ver. Espero que esto sirva de crítica constructiva y todo cliente que salga de allí tenga el trato que se merece tener.

Negative experience: No os confiéis de este sitio, son unos timadores. Se desentienden de todo. He tenido muy mala experiencia alquilando un piso con ellos, te lo pintan al principio todo super bonito, pero si tienes algún problema… lo peor de todo es que no devuelven la fianza por muy bien que entregues el piso, siempre pondrán excusas y se nota que ya no les interesas una vez que has pagado los honorarios.

Fantastic experience: Grocasa de Cornellà, i en Xavi en particular, son altament professionals, flexibles i amb una atenció exquisida. A més, gràcies a ells hem pogut acomplir el nostre objectiu i ara estem molt tranquils amb la hipoteca que tenim.

Fantastic experience: Encantadisimos!!! Desde el primer contacto que tuvimos con ellos nos lo pusieron todo facilisimo. Trabajadores, cumplidores, respetuosos y muy eficientes. Ha sido un placer trabajar con el equipo de Martín y compañía. Gracias a ellos hemos encontrado el piso de nuestros sueños, pero sin duda alguna si en un futuro nos planteamos cambiar de aires volveremos a ponernos en sus manos.

Fantastic experience: Excelente atención en todo momento desde el día de la visita con Danae hasta la entrega de llaves con las chicas en la Oficina ( Mariángeles y las otras no recuerdo los nombres sorry ). Y posteriormente también muy buen servicio post-alquiler. Muchas gracias.
