Negative experience: I had a bad experience. I was about to buy an apartment with them, and after several visits to the apartment and telling them on several occasions that I was hoping it would be a quiet apartment, they assured me that yes....it was very quiet...that they were neighbors for life....everything very quiet. I handed over 1000 euros as a deposit. Everything happened in 24 hours because there were supposed to be more interested people, and afterward I found out that there was a party room...which I saw closed and thought was completely shut down, that they open on weekends until 2 in the morning and during the week when it is rented. I informed them that they had overlooked that little detail...but it was already too late...I backed out because I cannot live with a mother with Alzheimer's, and a 6-year-old child there...because of the noise and our schedules, but they calmly kept my thousand euros... 'since it was stated in the documents they made me sign.' ...response to Galisan Responding to your message, I would say that no one can be 'pleased' to 'lose' 1000 euros when it costs so much to earn and save money. I wanted to buy an apartment and ended up without an apartment and without that money... Not counting that I had my only apartment rented out, and the tenants left so that I could sell it and buy this one with an elevator and 3 bedrooms that they showed me in Galisan. I don't think anyone can be 'pleased'... First, it is true that my family and I saw the apartment on 3 occasions...you overlooked that the visits were on the same day and that day the party room was closed. There was only a closed blind and I thought it was a closed venue... On the same day... we saw the apartment... and as you mentioned that there was another interested family... we had to make the deposit, and the next morning I gave you the deposit. Everything was very fast... I asked questions about the apartment... works to be done... little things inside... and above all I stressed that I needed a QUIET apartment (because I have a small child and a mother in charge with advanced dementia) you told me that yes, the neighbors had been there for life and that the building was very quiet. I told you I trusted them... and their words... At no point did they talk to me about the existence of a party room. I found out days later... not from them... but from the neighbors in the block and around. You could hear the music a lot when the doors opened... and people smoking outside, and the vibration and music rose through the inner courtyard, and I could hear a microphone and people talking into it. Zero silence does not exist if there is a music venue... although I do not doubt that this party room is all in order and legal. So... I had to give up the apartment... because with noise until 2 in the morning on weekends and when it opened during the week and with my personal situation... it did not fit at all. If you had really wanted to fix the situation, and you want to fix it... when I expressed my discomfort and decision... you would return my money given it is an exceptional reason and more so assuming that you did not know about the existence of this venue and did not inform me about it. As you can imagine... I cannot be pleased.

Llame a la agencia y me informan que piso ya es alquilado. Nadie informó que se podría verlo, ni que ya no es disponible. Estafa, no recomiendo
