After shaking hands to formalize the deposit, you called to say that you were taking another apartment because they lowered the price. We don’t know why you contacted Claudio again correcting yourself and saying you wanted it. When we already had a date for the deposit, it seems you forgot to inform us of a 'small detail' when formalizing the mortgage, which was evidently denied. As you can understand, trust is absolutely damaged and you cannot waste people's time in this way, and I as the owner can decide whether I am interested or not. Claudio is a professional who always goes with the truth ahead and with absolute transparency, he hides absolutely nothing from anyone and gives his all for his clients, both he and his team. Negative experience: Good morning. Very poor management both from the commercial and the manager. Let me put it into context. My partner and I had planned a visit to a house in Olesa. We had scheduled an appointment which was changed three times. Okay, we adapted. The surprise came when we were about 5-10 minutes away from arriving to see the house, and the commercial, Elisabet, called us to say that 'there's no need for us to go up, it has already been sold.' We were left stunned and obviously had to turn back. She didn't even give us the option to see it. After having made arrangements all week, adapting to the time changes three times, she calls and says that to 'be honest' with us, it has been sold to the previous couple who came to see it. It suited them and they already had the money (so did we) and according to the manager, there was no need for more visits. Terrible management, honestly, first all the visits should be scheduled, the property should be shown, and then it's decided who to sell to... the rest shows a lack of professionalism. I mean, if I had asked for the appointment for 4:00 PM, it would have suited me better and we might have kept the house?? This is not how things are done, one must be more professional and at least if you have scheduled appointments with interested people, give everyone the chance to view the house, otherwise, you are wasting time and playing with people's hopes. With such unprofessional people, it's better not to do any kind of business. Regards.

Claudi me ha acompañado durante todo el proceso y me ha hecho sentir tranquilo, pese a las dificultades que suponía la compraventa.
