Negative experience: Before anything, look at the photos; a picture is worth a thousand words: My name is Ilias, and along with three other people, we rented an apartment located at Avinguda Constitució 274 with the purpose of continuing our studies in Castelldefels from September 2023 to June 2024. I would like to share our experience during this period, as we find it relevant to highlight certain aspects. The apartment, in general, was already in an old state with several pre-existing damages, among which the following stand out: 1. Lack of sockets in good condition: Despite sending them a video showing that this situation existed before our arrival, this was deducted from the deposit. 2. Broken shutter: None of us were responsible for this damage, yet it was included as a deduction from the deposit. 3. Broken door knob: According to the locksmith who performed the repair, this damage was due to natural wear and not misuse. We even reached an agreement with the owner for her to cover the cost, but in the end, it was also deducted from the deposit. 4. Additionally, they deducted an outrageous amount for excessive cleaning hours for which there is no record, and for no reason, as we left it in better condition than we found it. It is important to mention that part of the agreement regarding the bathroom repairs was fulfilled, which was covered by the owner. However, this does not compensate for the other mentioned issues. Additionally, the electricity bills were excessively high, and the power meter was constantly spiking, which caused additional discomfort during our stay. As a recommendation, I suggest that anyone interested in renting this or any other property carefully review the clauses of the contract and any terms that may lead to ambiguous interpretations. In our experience, such ambiguities were used against us to justify unfair deductions from the deposit, although it must be acknowledged that the final responsibility also lies with us for having signed the contract.

Negative experience: This company lacks professionalism in multiple aspects. The contract they offer includes ambiguous and imprecise clauses and terms, designed to benefit themselves in case of disputes. In my experience, one of the employees of the real estate agency assured me that they would take responsibility for a pre-existing incident (which was already in the apartment at the time of my arrival and, therefore, it was their duty to resolve). However, in the end, this situation translated into an unfair deduction from my deposit. Furthermore, any damage that arose over time and that, according to the law, was not my responsibility, was also deducted from the deposit. This includes necessary repairs to make the property habitable, in violation of Article 21 of the Urban Leasing Law, which establishes the owner’s obligation to maintain the property in suitable conditions for use. The treatment from both the real estate agency and the owner was disappointing, marked by deceit and attempts to appropriate money that did not belong to them. Although each person is free to decide where to spend their money, my recommendation is to avoid this real estate agency to prevent similar experiences.

Negative experience: En un principio todo muy bien. Beatriz nos dijo que la caldera de gas estaba bien pues tuvimos q poner una nueva. También nos dijo que el edificio tenia la ITE y que nos mandaría informe. Resulta que tenemos que pasarla ahora... Si hay alguna derrama por una ITE negativa reclamaré que os hagáis cargo, por mentirme y decir que tenia la inspección hecha.

Negative experience: Agency don’t protect tenants. Only the owner is important. We left the flat and owner take the money from the deposit for things that we didn’t do. Agency has all that photos with that defect from the beginning of the contract. We sent it them at the beginning. They do nothing except collecting keys and take money... no negotiation...no discussion. Be ready if you are in a weak position

Negative experience: no alquilar en esta inmobiliaria se quedan con la fianza inventadose cualquier cosa pada no devolverla a sus dueños, IMPRESENTABLES, nos vemos en los juzgados

Negative experience: Cuidado con ésta inmobiliaria. No cuidan al inquilino , todo lo contrario, lo que este mal en el lugar alquilado antes de entrar, nunca lo hacen arreglar y luego al salir del inmueble te lo sacan de la fianza como si lo hubieras hecho tu..patético!!. Se quedan con la fianza sin dar explícacion alguna. Si quieras alquilar un inmueble, ésta inmobiliaria ni acercarte!!!. Sólo mira por el propietario. Agrego a tu respuesta. Si pudiera subir nuestro chat...se vería tu falta de acción...desde el principio tuvimos problemas en el apartamento que nunca se solucionaron, salvo una que era hasta peligrosa porque se escapaba el gas...y tardaron lo suyo en cambiarlo!! Se nos caían encima casi las ventanas de lo rotas que estaban los tirantes...y así siguieron... puertas rotas..el plato de ducha totalmente oxidado...antes de entrar nos dijiste...todo lo que está mal se cambiará.... obviamente no se hizo nada. Los dueños son terribles pro ustedes como inmobiliaria y mediadora responden por ellos y tienen una responsabilidad de cuidar ambas partes. Y no es asi!! El apartamento se devolvió como se encontro y así y todos no se nos devolvió la fianza. Ni siquiera tuvieron la deferencia en el confinamiento de ajustar el alquiler....Y se pagó puntualmente cada mes...no se puede decir lo mismo ni de los dueños ni de vosotros como intermediarios. Decepcionante desde donde lo mires.

Cuando lo más fácil es ser profesionales y devolver el dinero y no quedaros con él. Vergonzoso. Ahora vuelve a decir lo de siempre no os tenemos de cliente que es lo que sabéis decir una y otra vez

Negative experience: La informalidad de esta agencia creo q es notoria debido a q teníamos un piso visto,hablado y cuándo fuimos a señarlo nos comentaron q estaba vendido. Creo q nos debería haber informado de tal situación. La próxima lo pensaré si hacer un negocio con esta agencia.Al cliente hay q tratarlo bien y con altura. En ningún momento no hemos negado a dar una contraseña porqué no las pidieron y bien saben vosotros q estábamos dispuestos a comprar ya teníamos la suma pactada sin tener q pedir hipoteca.
