Fantastic experience: He comprado un piso en la zona vieja de Santiago y el trato por parte de Guillermo ha sido excepcional. Tanto antes como después de la compra me ha solucionado todas las dudas. Recomendable 100% En cuanto al alquiler de pisos de estudiantes, y viendo las reseñas, diré que en anteriores años también he tenido tratos con esta inmobiliaria y ningún problema. Es cierto que los pisos cuando los hemos ido a ver estaban sucios, (al igual que el resto de agencias) pero esto es debido a la gran demanda que hay y que no les da tiempo a hacer limpieza en los mismos. Yo entiendo que el dia 1 de Julio estamos todos a la caza y captura de un piso y el problema no se le puede achacar a la inmobiliaria, sino a los inquilinos anteriores que los entregan en condiciones lamentables. No obstante, en mi caso, en septiembre cuando nos entregaron las llaves el piso estaba en condiciones

El proceso fue bastante largo porque se trataba de una herencia, pero en todo momento demostraron profesionalidad, paciencia y compromiso. Negative experience: El piso entregado sucio, la bañera con roña de años, que por el precio ya podía venir impoluto. Un trato horrible en las oficinas, solo un empleado majo. Te hablan como si tuvieras que saber todo sobre alquilar pisos. Malas indicaciones, y a ver si se actualizan para pagar las facturas, que pagar allí en metálico es un chiste. Lo de la limpieza es de vergüenza.

Negative experience: Experiencia con la inmobiliaria Amor fue absolutamente desastrosa. Desde el primer momento todo mal. No respondian llamadas, pasaban de todo. Para colmo nos mete en un piso donde a la semana se inicia una obra de 7 meses, sin decirmos absolutamente nada, solamente que es lo que hay. Lo de “amor” se lo pueden ir cambiando ya
Negative experience: Trato vergonzoso. Han tardado tres meses en enviarnos las cuentas de la devolución de la fianza tras contactar con ellos más de 10 veces. Además de tratos malísimos, faltas de respeto y de educación por ser más jóvenes al ir a las oficinas. Si podéis elegir no recomendaría para nada elegir esta inmobiliaria, si se puede llamar así.
Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria de todo Santiago. Llamé para hacer una pregunta sobre el piso y me llamaron imbécil pensando que no los estaba escuchando. Me robaron dinero de los recibos hasta que me di cuenta de que me estaban cobrando cosas que yo no tenía que pagar. El trato es lamentable, hacen lo posible para no devolverte el dinero de la fianza y esperan siempre al último día de plazo. Te robarán hasta lo que no tienes.

Negative experience: Al llegar, la persona encargada de entregarnos las llaves de tres pisos ni se molestó en acompañarnos a verlos, simplemente nos las dio y nos dijo que fuéramos por nuestra cuenta. Cuando fuimos a ver los pisos, nos los encontramos sucios, mal cuidados y en un estado lamentable. Había mugre, moho, humedad, las neveras olían fatal y había objetos de inquilinos anteriores. Nos dio la impresión de que ni siquiera los habían revisado antes de enseñarlos. Una falta de profesionalidad y de respeto por el tiempo de quienes buscan piso en condiciones.
Negative experience: trato lamentable. Nos interesaban tres pisos, nos entregaron las llaves y nos tuvimos que buscar la vida. Los pisos eran de alquiler y no queráis saber cómo estaban por dentro. Sábanas llenas de orina, comida podrida en las neveras, todo lleno de ropa de inquilinos anteriores y todo desordenado y sucio. Nada recomendable. A mayores el trato al cliente fue pésimo, fueron muy bordes e incluso irrespetuoso .

Negative experience: Shameful. They send a letter with a number for me to get in touch. I called non-stop for 3 days and no one picks up the phone. I go at 4 PM when they open and the community representative doesn't attend until 5 PM. They should provide an email to contact. That way there is a record. It's impossible by phone.

Negative experience: A terrible agency, not recommended to anyone, for handling the rent of a property or managing a community of owners. To talk to them, you have to make at least 50 calls because they don't answer the phone. One gets tired of waiting for the phone; it doesn't matter what number you dial, and the service is very poor. They even hang up the phone, as Romina did, a very unpleasant person who, after three months, wants to disassociate herself from the claims made to her. They send staff to do quick fixes in the common areas of the building when it's an issue of a property; the insurance has to resolve the damages caused, both to other apartments and to the common areas. After three months of waiting for responses, Romina now tells me to call rentals because the apartment that caused the damage is a client of ours, and that she cannot give me details or a phone number, as if within the same offices, they can't transfer your call. If to get them to answer you have to make a bunch of calls, that’s not how to attend to a client in a community they’ve managed for a lifetime. This is why they take their time, and a month ago I spoke to José in person at the window, and nothing has changed; they are not interested in hearing about the problems caused by the properties they manage. They hardly want to listen to you, even in person, a complete disaster.

Negative experience: Look, I have been waiting for 6 months for Mr. Carlos Doce, the builder that the president of my community hired, to show up with a bricklayer or a painter to come fix my apartment. He said he was coming first that week, and I have been waiting for 3 weeks and nothing... On top of that... My intercom at home doesn’t work and today the president of my community came to ask me while I was sleeping if I had a cat... I said yes... and I asked her and showed her a picture of my cat who is only 5 months old and she said it was mine. As we went up, she told me she had to call the shelter because I couldn’t take care of it... I couldn’t take responsibility for it... When I was surprised to find out that the cat upstairs was an adult... Fat... Or pregnant... And the president said it could be sick... I petted it... which she never did... As if she had an aversion to cats... I gave it a treat even though it didn’t want it and I touched it and it was gentle. I just want to express... that I would like them to solve my problems... instead of focusing on a cat that isn’t even mine... My cat is insured... No one can threaten me... And if this keeps getting out of hand... I will take action.

Negative experience: They never provided us with the three keys to the apartment that we should have received when we rented it; they only gave us 2 over the course of an entire year. Once the contract expired, they demanded all three copies, meaning I have to give them a key that I paid for out of my own pocket. How greedy!
Negative experience: I regret not reading the Google reviews beforehand. I relate to every negative review. I have never seen more unprofessional, casual, and arrogant people in my life, and I have years of renting experience.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, we had been warned to be careful as they did not return the deposits to students. The apartments had dampness and were in very poor condition. Throughout the year, you pay the monthly rent, water, electricity, but in the end, to avoid returning the deposit, they send you a bill for hot water for an amount equal to half of the deposit without being able to verify the meter reading. I had been warned about all this, but I did not think they would play like this with students who are really tight on money. SHAMEFUL.

They delivered the apartment to us dirty and full of defects when they had promised that someone would come to tidy it up before we moved in. Additionally, the treatment we received was quite unpleasant; they ignored us when we needed something repaired, and we even had to stop paying rent for two months (which we obviously paid as soon as they finally responded) as a pressure tactic for them to come fix a pest problem that existed in the apartment (a problem that had been there from the beginning). Unfortunately, the solution they gave us was to buy bleach; at no point did they mention extermination or disinfection measures. There were also some unusable furniture pieces in the apartment that took them 3 months to collect. The treatment when it came time to return our deposit was also quite unpleasant, not to mention how long it took them to notify us that they would return it. They deducted almost 200 euros from it after we had paid 360. Definitely not recommended.
Negative experience: An apartment that belongs to this real estate agency caused us a massive leak, which affected several rooms in the apartment, and since it was detected, it took almost three months for the damages to be repaired; which prevented us from living normally in the apartment. The customer service is nonexistent. It's complicated, but it's the worst real estate agency in Santiago de Compostela, and considering the level is very poor; this real estate agency doesn’t even deserve one star.
Negative experience: Real Estate Amor, or rather Real Estate Horror? Concern for the tenant 0, they only worry about collecting the deposit as soon as possible and formalizing the contract without even having shown you the apartment in decent conditions. On top of that, the gentleman speaks with a condescending tone. They do not respect the rental law, they have raised the rent by more than 2%, knowing that the law has it fixed. They do care about that.
Negative experience: Something that is incomprehensible is that people like Inmobiliaria Amor continue to have hundreds of clients and keep their doors open. We had an apartment for them to manage the rental. After several years in which we paid religiously 'to keep it in their portfolio' without securing any rental, we asked for explanations and they told us that there were things to fix, such as updating the electrical installation. We then requested that they provide us with the keys, given that they had all the copies and... OH SURPRISE! They are nowhere to be found. After going several times and receiving no interest or help from them, we had to hire a locksmith to enter our property. Upon opening the door, the surprise is even greater. Windows open, the parquet floor damaged by water ingress, pigeon skeletons on the floor, as well as droppings from those same animals. They did not inspect the apartment when the last tenant (year 2011 or 2012) returned the keys, and had left holes in the walls, removed all the furniture, a huge hole in the kitchen door, the gas outlet from the kitchen connected to a non-working extraction system (it brought the kitchen fumes throughout the apartment....) and many more things that I prefer not to mention. However, their monthly receipt is on time! We have requested several times to meet with a manager but have had no response. This is the kind of people from this real estate agency.
Negative experience: The worst experience of my life. Since I started studying, I have lived in rented accommodation, first alone and then, until now, with my family. I know what I am talking about. Rude, liars, arrogant... and a countless number of other things. The service and attention were terrible, the property was in a lamentable state, and forget about getting your deposit back; they look for excuses and lies to avoid returning it. I do not recommend it.

At first, it was just humidity, but it spread to the mattress and pillow. It’s mold. I'm afraid to be in the room for fear of getting sick. They don't pay attention to me or help me. €250 a month for an apartment with mold... I would rather commute every day from my city than stay here to sleep. There were months when I hardly set foot in the apartment because the whole wall was covered in mold and it wasn't livable conditions. I suppose it must be similar to living on the street.

Negative experience: For years they charged us bills that we were not supposed to pay. When we realized and claimed it, they informed us that they would stop being our management agency. Furthermore, they have not been able to clarify doubts (incompetence) and have treated us disrespectfully and rudely.

It seems they are bitter about that and they take it out on the customer. I do not recommend it at all, especially for the students looking for an apartment, be careful with them.
