Fantastic experience: Han vendido una propiedad mía y al vivir fuera he tenido que delegar toda la operación en ellos. Aparte de las visitas que han realizado me han solucionado mucho trabajo de papeleo, pues ha habido que ir al Registro de la propiedad, Ayuntamiento etc., tarea que a mi me era imposible. Aparte ayudan al comprador a buscar financiación, cosa que ayuda a que la operación salga adelante en algunos casos. Respecto a las comisiones y precios lo habitual sin estar en la parte alta de la mismas, pero se lo ganan con creces. La comunicación con Moises ha sido directa y me tenían informado en todo momento del estado de la operación. Recomendable 100% .
